Guest access
You will have access to the whole house, off-street parking, a third of an acre of fully fenced-in backyard, etc. Only two of the three bedrooms are included. The third is locked as an owner's room for storage and cleaning supplies.

As an individual responsible for client happiness in my full-time profession, I'm happy to make suggestions or just ensure the space is set up perfectly for you in advance.
Other things to note
For guests staying longer than one week, the house will be professionally cleaned on a weekly basis.

The house is a 1.2-mile walk to the center of downtown (about 20 minutes). You can also be on one of the bike trails that connect through all of Colorado Springs within 4 blocks.
