This is a great home for a family get away. Close enough to enjoy all the Springs and surrounding area have to offer but also a quiet and relaxing. This home met all our family needs during our Spring Break Vacation.

This is a very nice property in a quiet residential neighborhood. It backs up to an open space so there are no houses behind it. There are grocery stores and retail within a few miles. We could hear a Great Horned Owl hooting at night and one afternoon a flock of turkeys came up to the patio door. We would definitely stay here again when we are in the area visiting relatives. The owner is very responsive.

We stay at many VRBO properties. This was a nice stay. The bed was comfortable which is a big part of my good review. Everything was set up for an easy stay. Could get to all the parts of Colorado Springs easily. We would stay again. We were a couple, but if you have a family it is set up really well.

Our family loved this property! The kids loved the 3 stories, video games, board games, and the bunk beds. I loved making meals in the kitchen with the large island! Beautiful location that didn’t have a lot of traffic but still had an amazing view of the mountains. The top floor deck was beautiful and perfect for the evenings to just relax outside.

This was a great rental for our family of 4. It was very clean, easy to find, plenty of room for everyone to be together AND for each of us to find a quiet spot. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, china, etc. The top floor was super fun and made it feel like a special treat. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone!

Quiet Neighborhood

Our stay was in a quiet neighborhood with a cute little balcony upstairs. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to make our own meals. They have the kitchen stocked with plenty of coffee. The attractions in Colorado Springs were not far away. It was a very private and quiet stay and we would stay here again. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your property we enjoyed our visit.

Great house

We really enjoyed our stay, the house was beautiful. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The only few things I would change is, one, the towels. We only had two for the Master bathroom and they were small and scratchy. Second, The bathtub in the guest bathroom was clogged the whole time so it filled with water every time my kids took a shower. Other than those two things it was a great house and a great location. Close to everything we wanted to do.

We have five in my family and we use a home. We are not those people who are only really there to put a head on a pillow. This home was awesome and met all our needs. We were able to cook, but when we wanted to get take it, the main drag in Fountain is only 3-4 min away. Beds were extremely comfortable! Spacious bathrooms and the family area upstairs and down are awesome. Great views and just relaxing area. Nathan was attentive and even gave us recommendations on places to eat. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

Just What We Needed

We were in town to see friends and family and were looking for a house big enough to host a couple of dinners and football games. This rental suited our needs perfectly. The 2 living rooms with large flatscreens ensured everyone had a view. The kitchen was large and well equipped and features a large island. We prepared several meals there, although if you'd prefer to eat out there are several restaurants nearby. The rear of the property abuts what seems to be protected or conserved, with no homes, and we were able to see wildlife. It would be a great dog walking area. The house is about a 20 minute easy drive to the Colorado Springs Airport. I can't think of any reason that we wouldn't stay here our next trip to the area.
