Coming into Old Colorado City and you can tell that it’s a fun little town filled with history! The Trolley car is no different. The trolley has lots of history, being an actual train car in its previous life! It has been completely renovated from roof to rails just a few short years ago & is the perfect intimate place for your stay. We furnished it with minimal & modern furniture to make the space roomy and comfortable yet its stocked with everything you’ll need to enjoy all that our beautiful slice of Colorado has to offer. The trolley has a beautiful bathroom and a full kitchen with everything you’ll need to prepare your own food, for your convenience. The plush queen size bed offers the rest you deserve after your exciting Colorado adventures. We strive to provide a clean and comfortable space to make your own!
Enjoy staying in the comfortable trolley car! This clean home away from home will give you a peaceful night’s sleep in a cozy bed! In the full kitchen, you can cook your own meals or simply take a short stroll to nearby restaurants and shops! There’s so much within minutes of the trolley and with so much to explore you’ll be glad you’re close to your home away from home! And we even include some light breakfast items and snacks to get you going in the morning! Can’t wait to meet you!

We stayed here for our 5th anniversary and it is an absolutely beautiful and cozy place to stay. The Trolley car was very clean and the host provided snacks and other great amenities! We really enjoyed how close it was to anything including Garden of the Gods and was very walkable to Old Colorado City. Perfect place for a couple visiting Colorado Springs! We will be back!

Perfect amount of space for 2. Cute unique "tiny home" had everything we needed for the couple days we were there. Host provided snacks, water in the fridge and a notebook to sign; that was a nice touch. Host was very responsive with a door code issue when we first arrived. My only concern was the homeless population starting to take over the park, located just over the privacy fence.

I really liked the location. I could walk to shopping and it was extremely close drive to Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs and downtown. Very convenient!! The bed was comfortable and though compact the trolley was enjoyable. My one main complaint is there is no dresser for clothes storage. We had to keep everything in our suitcase instead. I did mention this to the owner. I am hoping she changes this. If that was done, I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Home, Perfect Location

What a great place to stay in Colorado Springs! My husband and I stayed here for a few nights on a vacation. The neighborhood is quiet and pretty, waking distance to Old Town shopping and restaurants and a short drive from Manitou, Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak. A good home base for adventuring. The house is clean, cool and well taken care of. I was able to cook our meals easily in the well appointed kitchen. After long days of exploring the bed is one of the comfiest I’ve slept in. Bryanna was an excellent host, quick to respond to any messages and clear in her communication. All together a 10/10 stay. Book this home if you need somewhere to stay in Colorado Springs!

Wonderful! The Trolley Car was a very unique and cozy property, and the property manager was so responsive! We had a last-minute request an hour before check in, and we had an answer in two minutes. The parking area behind the property is very spacious, and we appreciated the auto-locking door.
