「Clean and spacious area. Owner/broker of the unit was responsive to emails. Had an initial difficult time check in. I requested for the unit owner to send me communication via email address. And it was better. Will come back here again. 」

「This property was in a very clean, safe and nice neighborhood. The apartment was cozy and clean. Very good for 2 seniors with an excellent walk-in shower. Located on the first floor with just a few steps inside the building entrance. Very easy walk to the Metro. Wonderful restaurant (Otis@12) almost next door! 」

「We had a great time. The place was very clean. After a few flight delays we got to the VRBO much later than expected. We were greeted with a basket of snacks, some quick breakfast items, juice and soda. This was such a nice and much appreciated surprise. We had plenty of towels, toilet paper and paper towels. Traveling with our two adult children and their significant other we are usually shorthanded in these supplies but not here. VRBO is beautiful but comfortable. 」

「Awesome for our family in DC for our son’s wedding! Had everything we needed. AC was nice and cool. Bathrooms had supplies and plenty of towels. Kitchen had all appliances needed. Only suggestion would be to add some box fans for noise and air movement at night. Great spot for a big family!!」

"The front desk staff was friendly, but I was disappointed with the room arrangement. I booked a high-rise room, but when I checked in, I was told that there were no rooms available. I was assigned a room on the third floor. The air conditioner in the room was very noisy, which affected my sleep. The soundproofing of the room was very poor, and the sound from the next room could be heard completely. When I checked in, only the ice machine on the 12th floor was working. In the summer with a temperature of up to 100 degrees, this was really bad! In the morning, we had breakfast in the lobby. The food was rich, and the staff would replenish the food and drinks in time, but I was sitting for about half an hour for breakfast, and I was bitten by mosquitoes three times on my legs. This was not a good experience."
