「This condo is in a brand new building, very clean and quiet, and in a neighborhood where there are lots of options for restaurants. The major downfall to this unit is while there is a full oven and a miniature fridge, there is no cooking capability unless you purchase Utensils and pans from a thrift store on the next block.
