「Great house. Very spacious 6 bedrooms. 1st floor is amazingly large for big groups. Very comfortable beds.Host was very responsive. He allowed for early check-in upon request and was willing for late check-out, which wasn't needed but very much appreciated.Very gracious. Great neighborhood with good restaurants around the block and metro 5-10 min walk away.」

「I loved this property. I was staying in town for a conference at the Hilton (4 min walk). Gregg and his staff did an amazing job at making sure we had everything we needed. Including breakfast before we went to the conference. the food they served at the restaurant downstairs was superb! Great location! I would highly recommend staying here. I will be back! Thanks again! 」

「I don’t think that I could write enough information with all the things that happened to satisfy how horrible it was.A booked this unit and followed their exact check-in instructions. Instead of entering the correct unit, I unknowingly walked into a permanent residence home. It was filthy and clearly not intended for gas – but worse I was trespassing. 「Pros: Check in & check out was easy. The apartment is right on a bus route to the National Mall/Smithsonian Museums, a 15 minute walk to the metro, 10 minute walk to a supermarket, and it's practically nextdoor to a restaurant. The location felt safe. The price was good. The kitchen came equipped with essentials. The on-site laundry wasn't overpriced (pro tip: bring quarters for laundry, it's coin-op.) The host provided linens, towels, and toiletries (and the towels were super soft & fluffy!)...
