In the heart of it! Great place and so convenient for football games and downtown fun. Place was clean and host was communicative as I had questions before our stay. There was some street noise late but we expected that given it was a big football weekend.

A fantastic location for college friends reuniting for the weekend. The rooms were spacious; the amenities were thoughtful and plentiful. The beds were very comfortable. The living room was great for gathering and resting after game day. The comfort of the space outweighed the sounds of street below and guests above. I highly recommend this loft for neighborhood and campus walkability. Host was a great communicator.

Cory was very easy to work with as far as check in and check out procedures. The loft is in a great location, convenient to downtown activities. An easy walk to restaurants/ bars, campus, East campus. Would definitely stay again!

We were visiting the university and stayed in the condo. It was very convenient and centrally located in the downtown area. It was about a 10 minute walk to the university which was great. The owner was very accommodating and allowed us to leave our bags in the unit while we toured the campus. Thanks for your flexibility.

Perfect weekend

This is the second time that we’ve stayed in this place and it never disappoints. It’s clean and there’s always so many amenities that are even there when you forget your shampoo or anything. For the type of trip that we try to do every couple years which is live down memory lane this place is perfect. Best Location in CoMo

Had a great stay. Unit was everything it indicated except that one room did not have a second bed as was indicated in the write up. Unit was very clean, with lots of room and all the nice extras that the better VRBO units have. Location was unbelievable. Downtown on 9th street close to everything. We will stay there again.

Perfect for Mizzou visit

Family stay for long football weekend. Had a great time. It's downtown so expect some noise from the street but wasn't anything that impacted our stay. Kids had fun standing in the balcony and talking to the crowds on the sidewalk.

State Championships

Great location within walking distance of Columbia downtown restaurant/bar district. Stayed 1 night to watch HS state basketball tourney. Had a minor issue with having the wrong code to access entry to the property, but owner was very responsive, and it was resolved immediately. Were able to get in at noon rather than typical 4:00. Slept 8 easily and could have accommodated 10.

We loved this property! So close to everything in downtown & campus, super convenient. Besides the location the host is amazing. Super responsive and they have thought of everything in this property. Extra fans, noise machines in each bedroom, waters in fridge, chocolates, and more. We would stay here again for sure. We will be back!

Really vacillating on leaving an honest review

Because it was so cool I’m nervous they will raise the rates and I won’t be able to stay here again. Which will really disappoint my friends who loved it just as much. And then my friends were telling friends about our loft and location and everyone thought I was genius. So yeah if you want to steal the joy out from under me going forward, stay here.
