I checked in nearly at midnight after driving all day. There was very limited parking, the outside is not inviting at all, I walked inside and it seemed to be one big party, very loud for midnight. I checked in and was given a room key. I opened the door to my room and there was a naked man laying in the bed. They clearly gave me a room that they’d already checked out. The guy at the front desk apologized and gave me a new room. The halls needed vacuumed and smelled. My room was alright except for the fridge that was making sounds all night. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Not sure how this had an 8/10 rating.

We stayed in a Baymont for the 1st time 2 days ago and were so pleasantly surprised, we stayed at this one along our route. This one in Columbia was equally nice. The rooms are super clean and the beds are wonderful, including the pillows. Everything worked well. This morning, the fire alarm went off around 8. Heather, the hotel manager, did a superb job managing the guests and fire department through it. We have a pick-up pulling a trailer.and there was still ample parking. My hat's off to you guys!

Not as described, broken toilet, rooms smelled like mold, WI-FI untrusted. Signage when entering warns they will not rent a room to anyone that has an address within 35 miles making my team feel unsafe. Would have moved my team to a different hotel but it was college move in week. Not a good representation of a Wyndham property at all.

I’m not really sure how this property has scored such high reviews but I will say you definitely get what you pay for here. Stained sheets, grungy carpet, walls and interior surfaces are all just painted over but still in disrepair. Non friendly welcome and all just so fatter of fact, toilet doesn’t flush and when you hold down the handle it threatens to overflow and never fully empty. Noisy property due to being extremely close to the highway which can’t be helped. I’m coming back next week again for work but will be staying elsewhere. If you just need a place to lay your head I guess this is better than sleeping in your car.

Beds were super comfy and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Cleanliness was top notch as well.

It was ok. The room was clean, but the problem was that whoever cleaned did not seem to rinse after wiping down (floors? surfaces? something?) and the pine-sol-like smell was pretty overwhelming. Better that than grime, I suppose, but had to leave the window open and the bathroom light on for the fan all night to draw some fresh air through. The next day, I drank water from my water bottle which had been filled with ice-melt that sat out in the room and could taste the faint taste of pine-sol, lol. That was maybe a one-off, and room/bathroom/beds were all clean, so.... maybe that's the price one pays :D
