Construction across the road but I’m sure it won’t las forever our bed was horribly uncomfortable but other than that I fit all our accommodations and was very neat and clean inside parking was perfect

Fantastic Place!

I love this cute little place! I felt right at home. The Wendy/The Heathwood team are amazing hosts and the effort is they’ve put into making sure guests have positive, stress free getaways shows.

Cute as a Button!!

Very clean, cute. Exactly as advertised. Nice bedding, plenty of towels. TV was easy to figure out how to access streaming channels. Location was extremely convenient to downtown Columbia, cool/hip neighborhood, coffee shops and bakery. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet location that is close to everything.

Nice property but obviously issues with management company

The property was as pictured but is located right between 2 distinct different areas of town and closely so. This should be considered if you were to stay here alone. We had many issues that can all be clearly attributed to the management company, from a faulty entry code that caused two very wet and hungry travelers with no one able to help to a very large area of red hair to be found in the dressing area of one bedroom to a broken ice maker and then a rude encounter with those responsible for repairing of said appliance and entry into the property. All issues could be handled well or poorly and, invidually would give me no pause, but together certainly did.

Comfortable!!

Very responsive management. Apt was very clean and well-appointed. Beds were very comfortable and it was a quiet neighborhood - convenient to WillieB Stadium and walking to Five Points. Would def stay again!

Nice alternative to hotel
