There was mold in the showers, dust and trash behind the beds, The sheets looked like they haven’t been washed, I paid for a non-smoking room and the room smelled like smoke, There were roaches in the room. I took video and pictures for proof.

The room was disgusting, as was the property in general. The room itself was filthy, the exterior door would not close properly. There were NO towels provided, hair in the sink and tub, the toilet was filthy. No remote control for the TV which kept freezing no matter what channel. I would have been better off sleeping in my vehicle.

I was planning to leave my car in this parking lot while at the football game, but I did not feel safe, leaving it there. The outside of the hotel is in horrible disrepair. The steps to the second floor were literally falling off. There were orange cones everywhere over broken cement on the second floor balcony. The room inside was in rough shape, bedcovers stained etc. The staff was really kind when checking in.

Dead bugs in the dresser and floor. The sink wasn’t attached to the wall. Bed sheets had dirt and stains. No tv remote and the world’s smallest pillow. There was holes in the wall. The property wasn’t maintained outside either. I didn’t even stay the night I paid for.

I have stayed in budget hotels before but this one was the worst by far. Holes in the wall, cracked toilet seat, screeching shower, no outlets work, open wiring boxes in the wall, lights occasionally would shut off only to come back on 5 minutes later, TV only had 5 basic channels that worked, huge stains on the comforter, hair in the bed and on the floor and mold visible in the AC unit, locks on the door was broken so I propped a chair against it. It was late so there were no other rooms available. Was very close to just sleeping in my car. When I arrived I was told they may be overbooked and couldn't confirm my reservation until later and wouldn't provide anymore details. I could only check back in later.

My stay at this hotel was very unsatisfactory due to the poor cleanliness of the room. There were not enough towels available for us to dry ourselves. In addition, there was dirt and trash around the bed, including a soda bottle and an alcohol bottle that appeared to have been left behind by previous guests. The blankets also did not appear to be properly clean. They had dark areas and stains that made me question whether they had been washed properly. I believe these conditions are far below what should reasonably be expected from a hotel room. Cleanliness, especially the bedding and the area around the bed, should be a priority. My experience was disappointing, and I hope the hotel takes appropriate steps to improve its cleanliness and service standards.
