"Staff availability was limited, kitchen not as fully equipped as we would have liked it, had issues with the dishwasher, and bathroom door kept getting locked (unable to open from the outside, lock was broken). Overall, I really liked the property, place was clean, ideal for a longer stay, safe location, great outdoor common area, well maintained. "

"After returning to the room on the evening of check-in, I found water on the bathroom floor. I traced it to a leak from the sink. I reported it to the front and asked to be relocated, but there were no other rooms available. Thus, I cleaned the floor myself and put a trash can under the sink to collect the water. I also found that the fill valve in the toilet tank sometimes did not shut off even when the float lifted the shut-off lever as high as it could go. The water would continue to run into the overflow tube, eventually stopping for no apparent reason after 30 or more minutes had passed."

"We came in late, staff was welcoming, helpful and very courteous. Room was cool and clean, AC worked well. Breakfast was sufficient, with decent choices. We would definitely choose this Microtel location again. "

"Beautiful, comfortable hotel overlooking the Chattachoochee River. Great details and amenities. Close to downtown Columbus. I would also recommend having dinner at their restaurant on the property, Millhouse Kitchen + Bar. "
