“The reason for four ⭐ is The Patel family goes out of their way to accommodate a customer. It's not the nicest outside YET but the rooms were amazingly fresh and clean especially for the price it's a true hidden bargain. They seemed to have been in the process of renovation and it was quiet friendly and surprisingly safe. I would definitely recommend this as a nice budget motel. And the staff are SO nice 🙂”

“My family and I selected this property for a traveling minister and his wife to stay overnight. I went in to see the apartment so I could feel assured of the conditions I was leaving them in. Carolyn had everything ready. It was so neat and clean. It was a wonderful little spot and was just like the pictures. The couple who stayed there overnight expressed to us how happy and satisfied they were with their stay. It was a simple, humble little apartment but very charming. Carolyn even had it nice……

“I had a wonderful experience. Kenny was great! Everything went so smoothly. I arrived early and was able to check in. If I had questions Kenny responded with in minutes. There is a canal behind the house and that got me even more excited. I was ready to see some gators. I didn’t see any but I did hear a few loud splashes (as if the gators were coming down their slides into the water. I loved how close nature is to the house. I will be coming down again. When I do I hope this place is available. ”

“It was clean and very cozy. Quiet area. And the owners have OUTSTANDING communication. When i needed to ask a question about something, it was answered quickly. The place is on well water which I know nothing about...good thing my husband clarified some things for me. Our stay was cut ahort due to weather and the owner was super nice. We will stay again when we come back to Whiteville.”

We were able to bring our kayaks and easily launch them into the lake to go fishing. We also got to watch the alligators in the back channel which was fun.
