Rooms are ok. Common areas are just okay. Hallways are beat up a bit. Our room was not ready until 6:30. We checked in but had to be moved to a different room as a result of some mix up. New room had toilet that would not flush. No breakfast offered in the morning. Only coffee. I expected a bit more from a Courtyard property. I won’t stay there again.

Would be nice if the TVs in the hotel offered streaming services. Yall charge $100 a night, it wouldn’t hurt to upgrade things. Most people stream stuff now of days, it’s not that outlandish to consider. Hope you get with the times! the stay was great.

Didnt like the fact was told the pool was open then got there and it closed so very disappointed that my children and i got lied to about that and a few other things.

Very nice property but probably only mid class motel that doesn’t offer even coffee, hot water for tea, let alone breakfast . Disappointing .

Our coffee is complimentary, our bistro for breakfast is open from 6am-10am Mon-Fri Sat-Sun 7am-11am. For the tea you have to purchase, or we can get you hot water from our machine if you have your own. Thank you for staying with us.

Clean and comfortable. Staff was wonderful. Close enough to the highway to be convenient but far enough away to be nice and quiet.

The most important thing I look for in a hotel stay is breakfast. Even though it showed free breakfast on Hotels.com and the Marriott website, there was none. In addition, I had booked a small suite, but was given only a regular King room. The next time I have to be in Columbus, Indiana, I'm going to look elsewhere.

Dear Jeffrey, thank you for letting us know. It showed a picture of breakfast on hotels.com. The Courtyards are known for their Bistro as it is never free, it is made fresh by purchase. We are under renovations and we are working on re opening our Bistro. We sadly can’t remove it off our website for the moment. I apologize for the booking inconvenience. We oversold our suite rooms and our system did not catch that flaw. I hope you have safe travels.

A great stay.
It was nice! We enjoyed the small balcony that we had with our suite. We had one small problem with the smoke detecor battery causing it to start chirping, but they had it taken care of in less than 30 minutes. We don't view this as an issue by them as you never know when this will happen.

The Bistro wasn't open, which wasn't disclosed prior to stay and is one of the major reasons I stay at Courtyard properties. In addition, the facility must have had some sort of maintenance issue with the Bistro as industrial fans could be heard in that area plus the hotel smelled of mold not only downstairs near the Bistro, but through the AC in my room.

No breakfast offered!
Was pretty disappointed that the breakfast bar was closed and there wasn't anything at all. Not even pastries or fruit, just coffee. For the price to stay at a Marriott you guys need to do better. Even the cheaper hotels provide guests with something.

Booked through Expedia for 2 rooms each with a King bed. When we got up to our rooms both of them had two double beds. Paid a little extra to get king beds and didn’t even get them. Also, the AC didn’t work very well and one of the rooms was uncomfortably hot.

Three strikes
Booked a king room with sofa pull out and was provided two fulls with no change in the price we paid. I asked the attendant when we checked in if our room had a balcony as I did not select a balcony room because we had a young child with us. I was told no our room did not. When we got up to our room it did in fact have a balcony. The hot tub was not working, the floor we stayed on did not have an ice machine so we had to go to the first floor to get ice. The faucet in the shower was pulled away and loose from the wall. When we got in the shower the water didn’t get warmer than luke warm. None of the trash cans in the room had bags. When we got back after a day of baseball we found house keeping did not come to our room at all. We were told she had “left” whatever that meant. It was a disaster. For another $40 we could’ve stayed up the road and had hot water, clean linens and a king size bed and a sofa with a pull out.

I thought that all hotels offered at least a free continental breakfast. This hotel did not offer that. I was very disappointed. Everything else was good to very good.

Overall very nice 👍
The pool was closed, so that was kind of a bummer. They switched us from a king size to a double room but they gave us a room with a nice balcony so that was nice. The AC and the mini fridge both made a lot of noise when they ran. But the room was very clean and the bed was pretty comfortable.
