Staff was rude the whole place was dirty from the outside to inside absolutely disgusting and charged $300 deposit for a room that smelled like a wet cigarette and the sheets had burn holes in. Absolutely do not come here a $40 motel 6 is better than this place.

The hotel was OK. It’s definitely outdated and has had some cheap renovations. Even something as simple as painting around the door wasn’t done with care. The elevator was broken, which we were not told when given directions upon check in to the 3rd floor. We did not use the gym, pool, breakfast or airport shuttle. The bed was very comfortable. Shower water was nice and hot. Air conditioning worked great. House keeping did not come. When calling for towels we had to go to the desk to get them ourselves. The toilet paper roll was not new upon arrival. The TV randomly stopped working. The bathroom vanity was a little dirty. But all and all not bad. Bring Clorox wipes and low expectations and you’ll be okay.

When we first checked in we were assigned a room on the second floor. The elevator was broken so we had to take the stairs. We walked through a hallway of wasteland...floors were extremely dirty, ceiling was pealing, garbage stacked outside of rooms. We make it to our room and neither of our keys worked in the door. Went back down the stairs to the front desk and were told that the battery on the door lock was probably dead. A staff member went back with us and charged the door lock enough that we could get in but he said that if we left we needed to leave someone in the room or we would be locked out. About a half hour later he comes back and says that they switched us to a room across the hall. We get into the new room and the TV doesn't work. By this time we are tired and decide just to go to bed. The next day we go down and ask if we can get batteries for the remote because the TV is not working. The staff member was very nice and apologetic, but could not find any batteries so gave us the remote to the office TV to use. It really is a shame, because I think at one time this was a beautiful hotel. It has the biggest atrium I have ever seen in a hotel but it was completely shut down. The pool was never open the entirety of our stay and they never served a breakfast of any kind, not so much as having coffee out. They were extremely short-staffed. The whole time we were there (2 days), I saw a total of four different staff members. The staff was very helpful and kind.

This place was a huge letdown. Rude front desk staff, dirty room (hair everywhere, stained toilet, filthy shower), and nothing like the pictures online. It felt run down and poorly maintained. The pool looked okay, but we didn’t use it. Would not stay here again.

Horrible! Didn’t stay. Left after a shower and was still charged. Was not offered to clean our room better. Did not offer to replace the broken chair or very old pillows. Major health hazard!

The most the did was drop off 1 box of tissues. Not once over a 4 day stay did they refill, replace or clean anything. No breakfast. Room key didnt work half the time. Carpets were the grossest i have ever seen in my life.

When I arrived, the property was not the most inviting although the staff was friendly. After receiving my key and walking down the hallway, it became a weary sight as it was dimly lit and looked beat up. Walking in the room and turning the light on, the light kept flickering, the walls were dingy looking, the tile on the bathroom floor and wall were dirty and some broken. The shower rod was hanging very low as if it was broken. I did not stay in this place long.

Nasty. The room they gave me didn't have a working tv and the room didn't have heat, so i decided not to stay. I wanted my money back. Some how they scammed me. They kept my money even though i didn't wanna stay at that hotel because of the non working tv and heat. Never book a room there. The service and staff are terrible

Last minute booking you get what you get. Glad there was a microwave and mini fridge but other than that, cheap hotel. The shower didn’t even look clean and I swear there was dried blood stain on the floor. Thank goodness we didn’t get bedbugs
