The Fairfield Inn was quite nice, very clean and appealing. Check in and out were quick and easy. Rooms were clean and comfortable.. Close to the casino and horse track.

The gentleman checking us in was very professional & helpful. The hotel was spotless and decor was very inviting. It has an enclosed walk way to the casino next door, which makes you feel safe and also comfortable from any weather conditions outside. My room was quiet and cozy.

Great Place to Stay! AAA+++!!!

This is a very nice hotel! I had no idea a casino was attached with a nice restaurant! The food was very good! AND....the free breakfast included with your stay was very good also! Lots to choose from and well stocked. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accomodating! This was a really great find and I am very pleased!!!!

Is a very nice Hotel! The only complaint I have is that there were very few people in the hotel and they put a very LOUD !!! Couple right nest to our room, couldn’t even here are own TV ! The front desk person told me there wouldn’t be any one right next to us. Not very nice to do !

Sorry, had to downgrade this hotel but both days alarms went off , once at 4 pm , while trying to take a fast nap, the next day at 4 am , while storm outside. Really thought it was a severe thunderstorm warning alarm , so it scared me. But otherwise excellent place to stay, close to delicious food & casino. ... very friendly staff, free water on request.

The staff was extremely rude. They add on charges on top of your fully paid Expedia charge because they don’t like that they are being booked by a third part app. When asked for a refund they sent me down the line of employees to tell me Expedia has their own extra charges. I’ve been using Expedia for almost 20 years and I’ve never had this happened. There was also a very strong smoke smell coming into our room to the point it was making me and my daughters cough. I would not recommend this hotel at all!

Room had a funny smell almost like vinegar for a new hotel that surprised me. Also for a new bed it was terrible felt like you were stuck in a hole my husband said the same thing thinking they need a little firmer mattress

The bathroom was clean except for the hair in the shower. Low warer pressure. Unable to connect to WIFI. Couldn't reach the front desk by phone, but when I went downstaairts to solve my iss us I was told just to press zero on the phone. That was helful and I appreciated the way they wetre helping me. Otherwise the room and service was excellent.

Room was good and clean, check in is very slow. Booked on line through Expedia membership, all payment details are same and never have such slow process staying other places. Scan card twice ect. I have stayed here multiple times over past several months and always slow check in process

Beware. You pay Expedia. The motel will ask for your credit card for incidentals and when you ask them what for they say if towels or something is missing. Nothing else was said. When we arrived home there were charges on our credit card. When we called them they said it was for taxes. Not Right they should have told us at time of check in. Never again will we stay there. Not the money amount it is the PRINCIPAL of charging our card without telling us.
