I felt my reservations were not up to par! I was given three different rooms in the course of thirty minutes. A Handicapped , a double room with one bed, on the third try they got it right!

I requested two bed but only ended up with a king size bed; request a roll away bed; but they didn't have one on the premises. Ended up with three adults on one bed.

They had to change my refrigerator 3 times because the original one wasn't working. The customer service person Was supposed to bring up a refrigerator, and left and didn't tell nobody.

Online it was listed as having a hot tub which was my main reason for booking - it does NOT have a hot tub. Also there was dirty wash cloth on the floor in the bathroom. The AC was not working well, even on the lowest setting it did not get very cool in the room.

Staff was amazing. From front desk to kitchen staff and housekeeping every one was extremely nice and helpful.

The first room we were put into had the most horrible sickening sewer stench! We told the staff and they did move us. Although it was much better there was still a hint of that odor. When I booked it advertised free breakfast. We went down in the morning and there wasn’t even any coffee. When we questioned they said no breakfast until next Tuesday due to renovations. But not even a cup of fresh coffee! And they didn’t even ask if I was a rewards member so I did not get any points for this stay. To be honest it was not a good stay at all!!
The desk clerks were very nice and helpful.

Room and hallway leading to room was extremely cold and even though we set the HVAC unit to HEAT at 75 - 80 degrees, the room never warmed over 60. Otherwise, room was clean and comfortable. Very large television with a really great picture. We were not aware that dining area was under renovation and were disappointed that no breakfast was available, aside from a few cold bagels and muffins. Desk clerk stated that Hampton website advised that, but we booked through Expedia and were not aware. Frankly, we would have stayed elsewhere had we known.

The property is centrally located. It was very clean and had nice decor. The young lady that was at the counter when I checked in on Saturday afternoon was very helpful, sweet and professional!!

I wouldn’t have booked had I known hotel was undergoing construction. Didn’t stay and no possible way to get my complaint to Orbitz to cancel without charge. Just constantly looped to their policy. No number to call and talk to a live person.

Hotel was convenient and clean, but under construction. Close to restraints and ft Moore. Parking lot is not the safest. Stray German shepherd followed me into the hotel. Quite scary. Had free breakfast but so bad we ate out every day
