Oleandre
Oleandre is a beautiful, typical French holiday house for 8 people with a private pool, situated close to the village of St Amand de Coly . Oleandre offers a superb view over the surrounding countryside. 5 km from Montignac-Lascaux (with all shops), 20 km from Sarlat, in the heart of Périgord Noir between the Dordogne and Vézère valleys. Oleandre is a house of character recently restored with a fenced swimming pool and a lovely terrace. An ideal starting point to make long walks in the surrounding woods and a very quiet retreat to relax completely.

Ground floor: Dining/living room with fireplace, TV and stereo. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave oven. Bedrooms: 4 of which 1 double bedroom downstairs, bathroom with washing machine, toilet. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin and 1 with bunk bed. Baby's cot. Bathroom and toilet.
Outside Oleandre
Oleandre has two gardens, one in front of the house and one at the back of the house where also the ping pong table is located for the children. It has a covered terrace and a fenced swimming pool 8m x 4m. This fenced part is also ideal to let your dogs stay.
Surroundings
St. Amand de Coly is located in the Dordogne between Sarlat and Montignac, the well-known tourist sites. Restaurants 1,5 km - supermarkets 7 km from the house. Montignac close by, known for the famous caves of Lascaux, where the first cave drawings of the prehistoric humans were found. Montignac is a lively town with many restaurants along the river and 2 supermarkets.
Activities
Hiking, biking, horseback riding, canoeing on the Vézère river. There are 6 golf courses within a radius of 50 km.
