This home is located on the 5th floor in a beautiful condominium. There is the elevator. It is located a few meters from the services and the sea and consists of: living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom + one single bed, bathroom with shower, TV, washing machine, air conditioning, balcony, shared parking space. In total 3 + 2 beds.

The price DOES NOT INCLUDE THE TOURIST TAX (to be paid locally and in cash) of € 0.30 PER PERSON PER NIGHT, up to a maximum of 14 consecutive nights. Children under the age of 12 are excluded from the payment.

In the price IS NOT INCLUDED THE CITY TAX (payable locally and in cash) of € 0. 30 per person per night, up to a maximum of 14 consecutive nights. Children under the age of 12 are excluded from the payment.

Die Wohnung war sehr bescheiden ausgestattet das Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett und ein Gästebett, in der Köche war ein Sofa, was ca. 160 Cm gross war, schmal, hart und könnte nicht aufgeklappt werden also man hat sehr schlecht oder kaum da drauf schlafen können. Man hat außerdem keinen Meerblick, wat weiter vom Strand als angegeben und vor allem andauernd viel zu laut von der Straße besonders durch die kleine Mopeds die sehr laut waren selbst Nachts, so wie durch Mühlabfuhr und Straßenreinigung. Außerdem hat es immer gestunken durch die Abzughaube vom Restaurant das im Erdgeschoss war es nicht immer angenehm. Letztens gab es immer Stromausfall bei uns 5 bis 6 mal innerhalb von 14 Tagen, da Sicherung sehr schwach waren und wir müssten immer wieder runter vom fünften Stock zum Schaltraum im Erdgeschoss fahren um Strom wieder einzuschalten. Es war im allgemein zum kotzen und wir werden es nie wieder wiederholen.

, Wohnung sehr sporadisch eingerichtet ,Bad neu renoviert aufgebrochen nur provisorisch reparierz
Als erstes Roberto ist sehr hilfsbereit nett und zu vorkommend . Die Wohnung ist sehr sporadisch eingerichtet allerdings Bad neu renoviert , wir waren nur eine Nacht in dieser Wohnung, da die Tür aufgebrochen wurde und provisorisch reparieret klapperte sie bei jedem Windzug ,was unseren Hund verrückt gemacht hat und er die ganze Nacht bellte, wir reisten im September(Nachsaison) und Roberto hat uns gern eine andere Wohnung gegeben.-Punkt ,End Reinigung musste trotzdem bezahlt werden ,aber ist halt so . Die neue Wohnung hatte einen tollen Meer Blick und Balkon , schlaf und Wohnzimmer als auch die Küche sind in Ordnung und Zweck mäßig, Bad ist sehr klein (zu klein) . Aber was gar nicht geht ist die Geräusch Kulisse, die Wohnung ist so hell hörig das schlafen nicht wirklich geht .

Appartamento semplice. Climatizzatore,non lontano dal mare e Vicino a tutto ciò che serve. Pratico e comodo. Ci è stato presentato dall'agenzia Danilo di lido di pomposa in cui lavorano persone squisite.Noi abbiamo trattato con il Sig. Roberto di una gentilezza e disponibilità estrema. Consiglio sia l'appartamento sia il luogo in cui davvero si può passare i giorni di ferie rilassandosi e divertendosi nello stesso tempo.
