Fenster und Türen klemmen, Klimaanlage lässt sich nicht einstellen, Kein Autoabstellplatz am Haus Marina Tipo 2, in den beiden 2-Bett-Zimmer keine Einlegeböden in den Kleiderschränke und im Doppelbett-Zimmer kein Schrank, nur eine kleine Kommode. In den Bädern keine Ablagen. Kein Abstreifer für den Boden in dem 2. Badezimmer, nach dem Duschen ist das ganze Bad voll Wasser, da keine Duschwanne vorhanden ist. Einige Steckdosen wurden blind gemacht, insgesamt zu wenig Steckdosen. Kurz gesagt, das ganze Haus ist renovierungsbedürftig. Die Zufahrtsstraße ist ein Alptraum.
