This 3-rooms-detached house takes part of small group of detached houses situated close to the centre and at only 250 m from the beach. This villa is provided with a large private garden, barbecue and 2 car parks.
The apartment is located on the first floor, reachable by an external staircase. Inside there is a living room with sofa bed for one person and dinig table, separate kitchen (4 flames, fridge-freezer and washing machine), bedroom with double bed, bedroom with bunk bed and single bed and a renovated bathroom with shower, WC and Bidet. Air Conditioning.
