The house was nice. The house wasn’t as clean as you would expect but nothing we couldn’t handle.

We had to make a trip back to where I grew up for a funeral in a nearby town. The house was so cozy and just exactly what they described in the listing. The owner was so easy to work with and contact. This will be our first option everytime we go home from now. Great little place!!!

Family stayed here 2 nights for a reunion at lake proctor. Check in and check out was very easy. Communication with the host was easy. Cute little house in a country setting of a small texas town. My 4 star rating because of some clean issues. Rules are pretty strict for checking out but I had to do some of my own cleaning when I got there In the kitchen and bathrooms and for bugs. I would suggest to the owner to spray for bugs a bit more often because it is a vrbo. Also I made the suggestion to leave the beds undone with the clean sheets and bedding folded that way each guest coming in knows they have been cleaned. Other than that we had a nice stay. I would stay here again.
