「Mixed Experience: Great Location, Poor Soundproofing The Highlights: • Location: Excellent. It is a convenient 20-minute walk to the city center. • Value: Great price for the area. • Maintenance: We had no hot water on the first night, but the staff responded quickly and fixed the issue immediately. The Downside: The biggest issue is the extremely thin walls. The soundproofing is virtually non-existent; even normal conversation seems to disturb neighbors. 「Clean overall, only thing to note. Late check-in fee after 11pm Madrid time is 40 euros. Also, their check-in process requires them to be there present, not a self-check in process. Was being rushed from the airport to get to the hotel, they kept calling me and messaging me asking about what time I will get there. I felt rushed, had to get a taxi over taking the train into Madrid which would’ve been cheaper. They also said “can you get here quicker” through the phone, so made the entire process...
