The place felt safe, the staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, had a mini fridge, TV, there was a ice machine on our floor, and the complimentary breakfast in the morning was good. Also, the air conditioning was fantastic! I like to sleep in an igloo and that AC has the capabilities and definitely delivered. Oh, and there is a decent Applebee's next door to the hotel that is in literal walking distance. I can't remember what time we got there but I……

“The hotel appeared to be recently renovated. The room was very clean and comfortable.”

“Ideal bungalow, very clean. Pools are conveniently located with food and drinks. Alcohol beverages are a but pricy. Has some pots and pans in bungalow but minimal as related to preparing meals. Pull-out sofa is NOT comfortable. Bring a mattress pad. ALL staff were excellent with one exception. Young guy at pizza shop was not interested in service. Had to request napkins because he was using an empty napkin despinser as a window stop. He was quite put out with tequest. Least he could've done……

“Much better deal booking through Expedia rather than using AAA rate or Hilton Honors discount. Breakfast was not up to the high Hampton Inn standard coupled with the fact that beverages from the machine appeared to be somewhat suited.”

“Here’s how you can put that together: First, the hotel has no Wi-Fi, which prevents me from using my laptop to handle tomorrow’s work. Second, the mattress still has a plastic cover on it that hasn’t been removed. It’s just a thin sheet on top, and when I lie down, it feels damp and clammy. Every time I turn over, the plastic makes a loud noise, which really affects my sleep quality.”
