Highly recommend. It was clean, the staff was nice and it was quiet. Breakfast was good and constantly being refilled by the nice staff. Will deffinately stay again.

I don’t even know where to start!!! When you pull up you think what a pretty hotel, you walk in the front door the smell from the air fresheners are way too strong you can’t stay in lobby long-
We were greeted by a wonderful and I would say the most professional & kind receptionist her name is Kayla (the rest were horrible)! We got up to our room and it looked clean. We unpacked and settled in for the night. I was on my bed and my husband looked over and saw a bug crawling on the sheet. I got it although it was tiny and took a picture of it to find in horror that it was a BED BUG!! I got eaten up all over my body I have the pics to prove it. I immediately went down to Kayla and showed her the bug and it was confirmed to be BED BUGS!!!! With that said we wanted to leave hotel and I wanted to be reimbursed for that night bc of this nasty incident. The owner could not be reached (he didn’t answer the phone) Kayla said she emailed him and he said he’d be in on Sunday so bc Kayla was so kind and understanding we decided to switch floors and try another room. Last night we were told by Ray ( maintenance /housekeeping boss) who was also very kind that the owner would be in on Monday morning from 6a- 2p. When I woke up this morning I was told that he was in at 6a.m and left by 6:30 a.m- the kid at the front desk Andrew I think his name was-very rude. Instead of taking responsibility he Ran like a COWARD! I will be in touch with my attorney-PLENTY of other hotels to stay at!!

Don’t bother using the link in Expedia to seek early check in or contact in any form, the property directly for such requests. My travel circumstances and health situation makes the need for early check in necessary. This was a disappointment since several other area hotels offer this service and some as a courtesy without fees attached. I will not be using this hotel again.

The room and hotel was very clean. A gentlemen asked us how our stay was on the way out. The person attending the breakfast was very attentive. It was a good, hot breakfast.

Chose this due hotel due to the high rating however that rating is over-inflated. It was your typical average hotel. First appearances it appeared clean but the bathroom could use a deep cleaning, we saw a bug (moved too quickly to say for sure the type) run along the counter and behind the little fridge under the counter, bathroom caulking on the counter top is sloppy work, dust flew up from the green arm chair when the arm rests were patted. Wish it were cleaner and I'd give it five stars.
They do serve a full breakfast with all lots of choices and the staff was very polite.
