"You should know that in this "hotel" you have to do everything yourself including cleaning the bathroom, make your own bed, broom and clean floors and take out trash that is 5 min walk from your apartment. In addition bring your own shower gel and shampoo as it's not provided either. When leaving you need to take your sheets with you and take it to their laundry. Zero service is provided. "

"Second time at Les Cottages du Lac. The cottages are great and well equipped, so quiet and nice private garden to have outdoor dining, you can rent a bbq hot plate. The lake beach is a few mins walk with local playground and lots of water sports but the lake was polluted this week so we couldn’t swim in it. Nearest swimming lake nearby is 25mins at Sanguenet - beautiful! The food at the restaurant is very good but we found this year they are not as flexible as they used to be at dinner time....

"We had an excellent week with two families sharing the barn. There is plenty of room for 10 people, with a great pool, table tennis and good size garden. Mimizan is 5 minutes in the car with everything you might need. The beach is about 10 minutes drive with sand for miles in both directions. The area is very flat and forested and would be great for biking. Definitely recommended."

"Aucune communication avec le ou les propriétaires. Entré dans les locaux effectué seule. La literie commence à dater un peu matelas chambre parentale déformé et dur comme du béton . Sans oublier un problème de chaudière pour l eau sinon rien à signaler."

"Das T3 ist ein sehr gut ausgestattetes (2 Schlafzimmer mit komfortablen Betten, gutes Wlan), geräumiges und sauberes Haus, das einerseits ruhig gelegen ist, andererseits aber auch so, dass man in sehr kurzer Zeit (max. 5 min)bei einem Supermarkt oder einer guten Pizzeria. Darüberhinaus sind die Gastgeber überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. "

"Delightful equipped appt in a house configuration, with high hedge around own garden area. Excellent access via mud footpath to very slowly sloping beach on the lake, resulting in warm water (sailing school for youngsters there). Biscarosse town (20 min drive) and its crashing waves beach (further 5 min drive) has a restaurant on the N beach, the S beach is probably the town beach. Downside: found out that you need to use their (wonky! ) trolley to unload ref PMR ppl. No mop. Mattress not firm"

Drive to beach through pine tree forest. Nice house with complete privacy and everything one needs in a holiday house. "Second time at Les Cottages du Lac. The cottages are great and well equipped, so quiet and nice private garden to have outdoor dining, you can rent a bbq hot plate. The lake beach is a few mins walk with local playground and lots of water sports but the lake was polluted this week so we couldn’t swim in it. Nearest swimming lake nearby is 25mins at Sanguenet - beautiful! The food at the restaurant is very good but we found this year they are not as flexible as they used to be at dinner time. Friday and Saturday nights were fully booked with no take away service. It would have been nice to have been offered to book dinner when we arrived but the food at Pipiou restaurant was good also,5min walk and we recommend Hotel Lakeside for dinner also (10min walk). However when we did eat there it was delicious with great service. There is a two hour window for lunch 12-2 but if you miss that they have a good panini and crepe menu to offer. Also the Reception team are v helpful. Make sure you book any taxis in advance. You can easily rent bikes down by the lake by the hour/day/week. A great family resort."
