“Had a wonderful stay in Athens this weekend. The condo was perfect for our family of 4 as we celebrated our oldest’s graduation from UGA. We had my 82 year old mother with us so we needed space that was quiet and comfortable. It was a busy few days and having such a great “home base” was incredibly helpful. Because of the crowds downtown we ate at home for all our meals and the kitchen was well stocked. He had everything we needed. We loved the backyard area - enjoying a cocktail in the evening……

“We had booked another place and ended up double booked so needed to find something pretty quickly for our graduation company. I cannot say enough nice tjings about how our stay went. The hostess was super quick to respond and very helpful. Everything was very clean and plenty of space for our crew. I would highly recommend staying here and will use again in the future. Outstanding hospitality”

“This house in Winder was spotless. The host was great in responding with info quickly. We had no problems at all. The furniture and beds are comfortable. We were only there for one night and it was perfect for our family members to visit and close to the event we were attending. I would definitely recommend it and stay there again if in the area. Everyone in our party enjoyed the stay and commented how nice the house is.”

“This was our second time staying at the Lenoir Cottage. It's hard to beat for location, and we appreciate the quirkiness older properties have. Lots of room for everyone to hang out together in the main room, but also very easy for the family to spread out and find their own space when needed. ”

“This is a perfect home away from home...it is truly cozy as the name says and the artwork and murals are beautiful. It is on a quiet street but very accessible to downtown, trails, and the UGA campus. My only regret was not being able to spend more time in the house due to my daughter's UGA orientation schedule. We would definitely stay again!”

“Clean, lots of space, great location”

“Clean house. Good amenities. Close to campus. ”

“Great house and we greatly enjoyed the peaceful location. We were in town for work and was great to be able to have a comfortable place to rest wash night.”

“Everything was perfect, Thank you!!”

“I stayed for a week with my grandchildren. This was a very good place to stay. It was very clean and had everything we needed. I will definitely stay here again if there is a need to be in Athens.”

“This house looks so good in the photos. There were several things that need to be repaired or cleaned before renting again. I was unable to get the door code until I was at the house.”
