"This was a lovely quiet location which was very relaxing. The property we stayed in was lovely,my only disappointment was the bed was uncomfortable and both pillows were really flat. This however would not put us off staying again,we would just bring along our own pillows,and although the bed wasn’t very comfy,we could cope with this just for one night. Other than this ,we enjoyed our stay,and would definately return ."

"A first time stay. The room was quite simple but was very clean. Room was v warm and quiet. I thought the food at the restaurant was great. All the staff were nice and friendly. I would stay there again. "

"The room and grounds are both excellent with very friendly staff. The location is easy to find but close to a moderately busy road. The outdoor spaces are fantastic with things for young and young at heart. We enjoyed walking down to the river and Houghton Mill for a tranquil picnic. The breakfast was delicious."
