Experience true beachfront living at this spacious 4-bedroom home on Kye Bay. Enjoy panoramic ocean views, open-concept living, and direct access to one of Vancouver Island’s most beautiful beaches.

The Space:
Located in the picturesque Comox Valley, this gated, oceanfront 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom cottage is an ideal spot to really get away from it all on beautiful Vancouver Island.

Important Notice: This property is registered under the BC Short Term Rentals Accommodation Act with Registration Number H887684538. Also registered with the Town of Comox with Licence Number 00002175.

On the main floor guests will find a bright modern, cottage style kitchen, large, comfortable living room, six person dining area, conservatory, double suite bedroom, three piece bathroom and laundry room on the main floor.

On the second floor, two queen suite bedrooms and renovated three piece bathroom will allow for larger parties to stay comfortably.

The beautiful, primary bedroom suite with queen sized bed and private ensuite is located in a stand-alone building, outside of the main house ensuring an added level of privacy and tranquility.

In the summertime, the outdoor living spaces at Kye Bay Beach House make this property really one of a kind. Located just steps aways from one of the most beloved, local sandy beaches, this cottage is the perfect location for seaside family holidays or group getaways. Additionally, there are two patio areas with ample seating and a BBQ and an extensive backyard with comfortable lawn seating.

This property is in an ideal location to explore so much of what the Central-North Island has to offer. Explore all the attractions, festivals, shopping, and dining that you can find in the beautiful Comox Valley.

The Kye Bay Beach House is easy to access and close to many travel access points. The Comox Valley Airport (YQQ) offers flights from two major Canadian carriers and is only five minutes away from the property. If you’re arriving from Vancouver by ferry, the Nanaimo ferry terminal is an easy hour drive on Highway 19, Swartz Bay ferry terminal is three and a half hours away and the capital city of Victoria is a three hour drive away from the cottage.

Beautiful beachy vacation home

We booked the property for a little family reunion, on the beach we used to vacation at years ago. It's exactly what we were looking for! The property is spacious, has great amenities and outdoor space, and is literally 3 steps to the beach. Can't wait to book another trip here.

Over all stay was great, couldn't beat the location and the view! The outdoor shower was a great addition:) Unfortunately the AC unit wasn't adequate for the upstairs bedrooms. Love the outdoor Annex and all the outside seating. The kitchen offered everything we needed but could have used more bath towels. Thank you for having us!

Incredible Location

Lovely house right on Kye Bay beach. Location is exceptional. Lots of room for our 6 adults and 2 kids. Our only concerns were small.. ice maker not working, only one frying pan, fan not working in one bathroom. Bring sleeping masks.. there are no light-blocking shades on bedroom windows (very bright at 5:30am!) We all loved it and have re-booked.

Family Vacation 2023

We decided on Vancouver Island for our family vacation and Comox seemed like a great choice. The property was exactly as shown in the photos. There was lots of room for our family of 7 adults and 1 toddler. Being right on the beach made for some amazing visits to the beach to explore and play in the water. Every night gave us different, but amazing sunsets. As for the house, the bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. The house was clean, but could have been a bet better. We found things behind chairs and under beds and the couch that were not ours. The kitchen had everything we needed in regards to cooking, but as stated in a previous review, there was not much room for our own food so the counter became our pantry. Another small complaint would be the lack of side tables in the bedrooms as well as mirrors. Overall we loved our vacation and would come back to this property again. Thanks for allowing us to create some wonderful vacation memories.
