On the main floor guests will find a bright modern, cottage style kitchen, large, comfortable living room, six person dining area, conservatory, double suite bedroom, three piece bathroom and laundry room on the main floor.
On the second floor, two queen suite bedrooms and renovated three piece bathroom will allow for larger parties to stay comfortably.
The beautiful, primary bedroom suite with queen sized bed and private ensuite is located in a stand-alone building, outside of the main house ensuring an added level of privacy and tranquility.

Located just steps aways from one of the most beloved, local sandy beaches, this cottage is the perfect location for seaside family holidays or group getaways. The Kye Bay Beach House is easy to access and close to many travel access points. The Comox Valley Airport (YQQ) offers flights from two major Canadian carriers and is only five minutes away from the property. If you’re arriving from Vancouver by ferry, the Nanaimo ferry terminal is an easy hour drive on Highway 19, Swartz Bay ferry terminal is three and a half hours away and the capital city of Victoria is a three hour drive away from the cottage.
