Villa with pool and private Spa facing the sea

This villa consists of 4 bedrooms, an American kitchen, 2 living rooms, a covered terrace and 3 outdoor terraces. a private swimming pool and its Jacusi. It can accommodate up to 8 people (+) it is located at the top of a hill about 500 m walk from Fautea beach and its Genoese tower. With a panoramic view of the Gulf of Fautea and the "Côte des Nacres" between the sea and the maquis, a magical place where you can find flora and fauna typical of Corsica. Villa on 3 levels, all rooms have sea views and a private swimming pool. It is not far from the village of Sainte Lucie De Porto Vecchio, where there are all the extra shops Spart, bakery, PMU, Fishmonger, butcher, Doctors, pharmacy. There are numerous beaches including Pinarelo and its small port with very good restaurant, an ice cream parlor and an open air cinema. You can also go for a swim in the Cavo's natural pools.

 Level 1: 2 spacious bedrooms opening onto a terrace, a shower room and wc,
ground floor, a toilet, American kitchen with living room and a bedroom with adjoining bathroom, a large terrace with barbecue and garden furniture
3rd level, where you have access from outside, (which is actually a T2, there is a large bedroom (sleeps 4) and an adjoining lounge as well as a shower room and WC.
A private swimming pool as well as a spa (5 people) with a small garden and a parking lot located at the back of the house. The garden is fenced and animals are allowed

Vue incroyable ! Séjour idéal entre amis !!

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux à 8 personnes. La maison est spacieuse dans laquelle chacun a trouvé son bonheur. La vue est imprenable !! Nos sessions Jacuzzi ont été au top !! Endless blue

Wir waren schon an vielen Orten....aber dieses Haus ist absolut traumhaft. Dominique und Manu sind herzensgute,freundliche Menschen, die uns das Gefühl gaben, wirklich willkommen zu sein. Die Lage des Hauses, in dem man von jedem Zimmer und jeder Terrasse den Blick auf die Bucht mit ihren endlosen Blautönen hat, ist unschlagbar. Der auf der Klippe gelegene Pool vermittelt einem den Eindruck, dass Pool, Meer und Himmel ineinander übergehen. Einfach nur Glückseeligkeit, in diesem Haus Urlaub machen zu dürfen. Family Urlaub

Das Wetter hätte nicht besser sein können im Oktober und so konnten wir Umgebung, Strände, Städte wie Porto -Veccio und Bonifacio voll geniessen. Der Pool und der Whirle Pool wurden genutzt und die Kids konnten sich Austoben ohne jemanden zu stören…. Wir Erwachsene genossen die Terrassen.. Das Haus bietet alles was es braucht. Einzig die Lounge auf der Terrasse war unbequemund lädt nicht zum verweilen aus. Lage war perfekt mit 2 Stränden die in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreicht werden können. Werden uns gerne immer daran erinnern.

Eine Perfekte Woche !!!

Die Villa ist wunderschön und hat eine perfekte Lage mit zwei traumhaften Buchten direkt vor der Tür. Den Berg hinunter die erste und hinter dem Turm die zweite (noch schöner) In den zwei Schlafzimmer, im Obergeschoss wird man vom Sonnenaufgang geweckt Ganz unten ist ein Schlafzimmer mit einzel Betten und doppelstock Bett und Schlafsofa wie als kleines extra Apartment, perfekt auch für größere Kinder. Der Pool ist beheizt und von Pool und Jacuzzi aus schaut man aufs Meer. Alles verteilt auf mehreren Ebenen macht es sehr gemütlich und bietet viele Rückzugsorte. Die Terasse mit Grill und grosen Kühlschrank ist perfekt für gemeinsame Essen. Die Kommunikation war erst schwierig da die Eigentümer nur Französisch sprechen und wir leider nicht wirklich, doch ein bekannter von den beiden aus Deutschland hat uns super geholfen und unterstützt. (Danke Marc) Die Schlüsselübergabe findet direkt im Haus statt, an den vielen Briefkästen hoch fahren und eigentlich bis zum ende der Siedlung. Die Begrüßung war sehr herzlich mit einheimischen Produkten. Danke für diese tolle Woche, wir kommen wieder.

Traumhaftes Haus das keine Wünsche offen lässt

Ein fantastisches Haus, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Dominique ist eine fabelhafte sympathische Gastgeberin, die sich bereits im Vorfeld und beim Check-in sehr liebevoll um uns gekümmert hat und sogar den Kühlschrank für uns mit korsischen Spezialitäten gefüllt hatte. Sie hat uns alles gezeigt und gute Urlaubs-Tipps gegeben und war jederzeit ansprechbar. Das Haus selbst ist ein Traum: fantastische Aussicht von allen Terrassen auf das Meer, die sehr geschmackvolle und liebevolle Einrichtung, sehr schöne Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Betten und einem kleinen Einlieger-Appartement, in dem unsere Teenagermädchen ihr eigenes Refugium mit Bad, Wohnbereich und Schlafzimmer hatten (und den direktesten Zugang zum Pool ☺️). Die neue Küche war perfekt ausgestattet und dank des zusätzlichen großen Außenkühlschranks hatten wir immer ausreichend Platz für alle Getränke und Lebensmittel. Der Garten ist wundervoll mit blühenden Pflanzen und da die Villa am Ende der oberen Zufahrtsstraße liegt auch sehr privat und geschützt vor neugierigen Blicken und wir haben uns zudem dort oben sehr sicher gefühlt!! Trotzdem konnte man die 3 Strände unterhalb problemlos zu Fuß erreichen - Treppen führen hinab zum Fautea-Strand (dort gibt es auch eine sehr nette Bar und ein gutes Restaurant). Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und werden ganz bestimmt wiederkommen!! Herzlichen Dank an Dominique und Manu 🥰

Urlaub mit Freunden

Dominique war eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin! Danke auch nochmal für den tollen Willkommenskorb mit korsischen Spezialitäten! Die Lage der Villa ist super! wunderbare Aussicht, ruhig, Strand zu Fuss in paar Minuten erreichbar. Pool, Whirlpool, Fussballkasten und Holz Grill wurden von uns rege genutzt. Einziger Minuspunkt: Küche (Abwaschmaschine, Gerätschaften, Geschirr) war nicht sauber.

Unvergesslich schön für jung und alt (une beauté inoubliable pour les jeunes et les moins jeunes)

Madame Dominique hat uns einen sehr netten Empfang mit einigen korsischen Spezialitäten bereitet und mit uns einen Rundgang durch das Haus gemacht und alles erklärt. Der Ausblick von fast jedem Winkel des Hauses auf das Meer ist einfach unvergesslich schön und in der Dunkelheit kann man den Sternenhimmel genießen. Da wir unsere Zeit auf dem Anwesen so genossen haben, haben wir kaum etwas von der Insel gesehen, aber das werden wir auf jeden Fall nachholen. Aber immerhin haben wir den Geschmack des leckeren Kastanienbiers kennengelernt. Das Haus selbst ist mit allem und noch viel mehr ausgestattet, was man braucht. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir hatten viel Spaß im Pool und abends auch im Whirlpool. Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt. Ich werde den Ausblick auf das Meer sehr vermissen. Alle drei Generationen haben die Tage und vor allem auch Abende in vollen Zügen genossen. Leider ging die Woche viel zu schnell rum. Sehr früh am Morgen mussten wir abreisen. Die Übergabe erfolgte sehr schnell und unkompliziert. Liebe Dominique, vielen Dank, dass wir Ihre Gäste sein durften, unser erster Besuch auf Korsika wird unvergesslich bleiben. Madame Dominique nous a réservé un accueil très sympathique avec quelques spécialités corses et nous a fait faire le tour de la maison en nous expliquant tout. La vue sur la mer depuis presque tous les coins de la maison est tout simplement inoubliable et dans l'obscurité, on peut profiter du ciel étoilé. Comme nous avons tellement profité de notre séjour au domaine, nous n'avons pratiquement rien vu de l'île, mais nous ne manquerons pas de nous rattraper. Mais au moins, nous avons pu découvrir le goût de la délicieuse bière de châtaigne. La maison elle-même est équipée de tout ce dont on a besoin et même plus. Rien n'a manqué. Nous nous sommes bien amusés dans la piscine et le soir aussi dans le jacuzzi. Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique. La vue sur la mer va beaucoup me manquer. Les trois générations ont profité pleinement des journées et surtout des soirées. Malheureusement, la semaine est passée trop vite. Nous avons dû partir très tôt le matin. La remise des clés a été très rapide et simple. Chère Dominique, merci beaucoup de nous avoir permis d'être vos hôtes, notre première visite en Corse restera inoubliable.

Sieben Tage im Paradies!

Dominique and the house made our week in Koriska

We absolutely loved the house and for the first time every (due to the house being so nice) we spent a little less time at the beach. We are normally very adventurous but as we had such a fantastic space there we enjoyed simply being there and being relaxed. We only used the upper floors of the house and I must highlight the view from the ground floor and bedrooms again. Especially the bedroom views on the top floor are dreamlike. The house is equipped like a family home, especially the kitchen which makes it very easy to cook whatever you can think off, hop in the pool or jacuzzi after and sit on the terrace playing games and enjoy a glass of wine. Our kids loved being there - obviously, as we even had a table football. I want to also highlight Dominique as she was so kind and lovely. Her ways made it for us and made us feel very welcome and looked after. Thank you!

Emplacement au Top

Le séjour s'est passé excellemment bien. Très bien accueillis avec explication des activités aux alentours. L'emplacement est parfait. Les activités ont été géniales. Les plages et le fond marin sont magnifiques. Petite bémole, la maison est dans son jus et mériterait un petit rafraîchissement tout en gardant le charme Corse. Je recommande vivement.

Vacances en famille

Nous avons séjourné dans cette villa en famille. Le cadre et l'emplacement de cette propriété est indiscutablement magnifique ! Dominique et Manu sont de très belles personnes et très accueillantes. Néanmoins, nous tenons avec ma famille à apporter quelques points négatifs : - le ménage à notre arrivée était plus que médiocre ( poussière, cafard mort derrière la TV du salon, sable encore dans les bacs à douche dans plusieurs salles de bains, reste de miettes sur les tables, vaisselle sale, abattant des WC en mauvais état, hotte avec des restes de gras et mur en face la plaque de cuisson sale...) nous avons dû faire nous même le ménage. A notre départ, la maison était bien plus propre qu'à notre arrivée - dans le studio, à notre arrivée, une forte odeur de parfum d'ambiance prenait au nez... nous avons vite compris que c'était pour dissimuler l'odeur d'humidité présente. - Nous sommes déçus également sur les placards de la cuisine et étagères dans les chambres et studio. En effet, les portes se ferment très mal. Dans la cuisine et dans le studio, à chaque ouverture, nous craignons de nous retrouver la poignée dans la main... - A notre arrivée, le spa était sale avec une odeur qui reste collé sur les maillots ... Néanmoins, la piscine et les espaces extérieurs restent très agréables. Par contre, nous n'avons pas été prévenu que la société de nettoyage de la piscine passe un samedi entre midi et 2. Au prix de la location, nous nous attendions à de meilleurs prestations notamment sur le ménage. Avec la crise sanitaire que nous traversons, cela devrait être irréprochable. La propriétaire m'ayant assuré tirer tous les meubles après chaque location... nous en doutons fortement. - Dommage également que Dominique et Manu n'ont pas voulu nous indemniser une journée de location car nous avions la contrainte de l'avion, surtout que de nouveaux locataires arrivaient le lendemain de notre départ... Cette villa mériterait un bon rafraichissement du mobilier ... dommage. Mais vacances extraordinaires en famille en Corse !

Vue imprenable, c’est magique

Que pouvons nous retenir ? Cette vue ! Rien à dire la maison est parfaitement localisée. Accès rapide à la plage de Fautea ou Tarco. La maison est plutôt bien équipée. Tout est semblable à l’annonce. Et merci à Dominique pour son accueil et sa disponibilité !!! C’était vraiment un super séjour.
