House size and space is perfect! Love love love the pool, yard, and river area. Getting to the river is washed out, but still a good trail. Great little float and chill area at the river access. I want to give 5 stars but it was just not clean, like really clean with remnants previous renters. 1 shower had a lot of hair still in it, the couch had Doritos and Cheerios in the cushions, the floors made our feet black (prior to US bringing in dust), moldy shower threshold, inside of the dishwasher is gross buildup, dirty buildup on doors, etc. It needs a really good deep clean, better maintenance cleaning, and then it would be perfect.

The house was GIANT, everything we wanted! The pool, river access, kitchen, fireplace, it was great but…. There are no sheets, no iron, not even a luggage rack or dresser to put your suitcase on. There is no vacuum or even cleaning supplies. With 20 people there we had a lot of trash and no trash bags. The rugs that were there were disgusting and in general the place was dirty! The doors and floors were nasty. When I messaged about it Nannette was horribly rude and blamed us for the state of the home.
