Frio River house 2025

The house was perfect for our family! We really enjoyed the backyard and the river, and the bedrooms were perfect for our family. We will definitely be back!

Family trip to the frio

Our family met up for a few days to enjoy the Frio. The property is old and in need of some upkeep, but otherwise, it worked well enough. It is a real hardship to have to bring sheets, towels and washrags. I've stayed at many VRBOs and never had to do this. Our property have 8 beds that needed to be made up before we could begin our vacay. That doesn't feel like a vacay. Otherwise, the place was ok.
