Nos tuvimos que duchar con agua fría, les escribimos comentándoles el problema, nos dijeron dónde estaba el calentador, y este estaba al máximo, se lo dijimos y no obtuvimos respuesta. Pedimos que nos cambiaran las toallas porque soltaban muchas pelusas y tampoco obtuvimos respuesta.

不滿:整潔度、設施服務和住宿狀況
They never sent the access code to the apartment and no amount of calling, emailing, or communicating through the app got us anywhere. It was 45 minutes from the airport so we couldn't risk driving all the way there at midnight and being unable to get in so we had to get a hotel room in San Jose. We filed a complaint with Expedia the next day and still haven't received a refund.
Do yourself a favor and find a different place to stay.
