「First time ever staying in Concord NH and using Vrbo in general, and this was a great place to spend a weekend Sarah was a great host very responsive to messages before and during our stay. Apartment has everything you need for a weekend stay like a full size stove and fridge, had 2 air conditioners besides ceiling fans in the rooms and in the living room it had a smart TV and card games. Drove down with my full size pickup truck and parking was never a problem the entire weekend I was there....

「Loved the room! Having a fireplace in the lobby to drink morning coffee next to was great… having one in the room to warm up by after cool spring days was even better. Friendly and helpful staff. Right down the road was a CVS and cheap gas. Would recommend.」

「While this isn't the worst place to stay, I would say that the cleanliness is not even just "not meticulous" as one of the other reviews mentioned. I would say that when I think of not meticulous, I would think perhaps the baseboards aren't dusted. But the mirror in the bath wasn't clean. Handles, sink spout, kitchen spout, counters - all had visible uncleanness (specifically in the bathroom it appeared to be toothpaste splooge marks on the sink, faucet, and mirror. We didn't get communication...

「Although it looks afar on maps, it is actually within walk distance of Concord downtown. And it is quite close to Common Man restaurant & bar, a very familial dining place. So I highly recommend this Comfort Inn.」
