“Here is a honest opinion since we stayed there. Property owner will answer and accommodate visitors. It is located in a residential neighborhood so it seems like people dont like you parking in their spaces, and parking can be hard to find. The owner let us park in their driveway which was very nice . The place is very small but very clean. The best area is the backyard with fire pit. The furniture isnt very comfortable so dont expect to hang out, but they tried to make it like homey. They were……

“Excellent host with an excellent home. Very clean, stylish and comfortable. We stayed here for UC Berkely student move in. Home is set in a stunning Berkeley Hills hillside location. Keep in mind, house is down a couple flights of stairs from parking area. We'll be back!”

“We didn't use the pool, it was raining, I would like to say that the door bell doesn't ring inside, people had to call and let me know they was at the door. the ice maker isn't working and the pool table really need to be replaced. Other than that the family loved it, it was a great space and one of the family members are going to be talking it over to look into purchasing the home. We will see. It would have been nice to get in a day before to see the setup. My niece had a huge Gumbo pot that……

“First and foremost, host is as kind as they come, so it makes it hard to write this review. The « building » is an old garage, which could be cool BUT, it is pretty old ( not in a quaint way) and very dirty. Spiderweb everywhere, dust, stuff (hoarder style). The bathroom, if we can call it that, is upstairs. A dirty piece of carpet welcomes you upstairs. The shower is a plastic box and the toilet next to it is extremely low and small. Everything is dusty and gross. Sheets had holes in them and……

“We enjoyed this Victorian home and appreciated that both BRs had king beds (at least they appeared that size to us). Appreciated the kitchen area and were able to use the stovetop and oven without issue. Parking wasn't difficult...we were consistently able to get a space close to the house. The outside patio was a bit disappointing...appeared a bit forgotten. Otherwise, all was good.”
