With its 14 windows, Il Centrale offers a wonderful view of the Conegliano hills and will be your perfect base for exploring the beauty that surrounds it.
Between Venice and the Dolomites, the hills of Conegliano-Valdobbiadene are a must-see, a Unesco World Heritage Site.
Supermarket and pharmacy are literally on the doorstep.
Historical centre, train and bus station are a 1-minute walk away.
Access is SIMPLE and in total autonomy.

The generous size of the flat consists of:
- A large living room: from here you will have a wonderful view of the Conegliano hill, the bell towers and the Neptune fountain. You will feel like sinking into the armchairs and gathering around the table to toast to life!
- A pleasant kitchen with access to the balcony: you'll find everything you need for your meals and a delightful peninsula where you can enjoy going up and down on the stools ;)
From the balcony, a place of relaxation and great reflection, you can watch the sunsets.
- Entrance hall and corridor: these are studded with useful information on how to taste and experience the area: you will find suggestions for experiences that I personally love and continue to propose to me and my friends.
- Two lively bathrooms: they will make everyday life smooth and please both shower and bath lovers!
- One room with two single beds and two spacious doubles: here you will have unforgettable Veneto dreams.
Our hills and good wine ensure pleasant sleeps.

Accessing the flat will be EASY!
On your arrival in Conegliano in Piazza Calvi No. 14 you will need to:
1. IDENTIFY THE FACADE of the Egeo apartment building, located above the Despar supermarket and featuring a tall black mirrored door.
2. If you are travelling by car or other means of transport, CAREFULLY ENTER BETWEEN THE COLUMNS to gain access to the garage.
3. Using code 3003, OPEN THE KEYBOX located on the left wall of the ramp.
Take the remote control and close the Keybox.
Open the garage.
Please note: damage, loss or failure to deposit the remote control in the Keybox at the end of your stay will be grounds for a refund of €40.
4. PARK. With a few manoeuvres, two small cars or one large car can fit comfortably.
5. ENTER INTO THE CONDOMINIUM in total autonomy via the provided link .
6. GO TO THE THIRD FLOOR by lift or stairs.
Please note: the dimensions of the lift are: 54 x 128 cm.
7. ENTER THE APARTMENT using the same link.
8. Enjoy your stay to the full.

If the conditions require it, you can contact me in the Airbnb chat and in case of emergencies your neighbours downstairs, my collaborators, will be ready to intervene.
The flat is designed to be lived with ease and in total autonomy, from the booking to the end of your stay.
You will find, inside, small plastic-coated signs created to help you understand the function or use of the object/device next to which they are placed.
You will find everything you need to deal with any emergency situations:
- in the service room there is the necessary for cleaning; in the chest of drawers there are emergency towels and sheets to be used only if strictly necessary (the Tourist Lease does not provide for changing sheets during the stay);
- if you have large quantities of laundry to dry, on the fourth floor you will have access to a terrace equipped with clotheslines: use the first ones you come across.

Please note: the flat is located on the third floor and the dimensions of the lift are: 54 x 128 cm.
Please note: you will need an internet connection for electronic access to the flat.
If you think that you might not have access to a 3G/4G connection when you arrive at the apartment, you can still contact your host who will be able to open the door remotely.
Please note: the Tourist Lease formula in Italy does not provide for personal services therefore:
- you will not find drinks or food products at your disposal (except for single-dose sachets of salt and sugar);
- bed linen will not be changed during your stay.
Please note: on Friday mornings there is a market in the centre of Conegliano: fruit, vegetables, bread, cheese, fish, gastronomy, clothes... you will find everything in Piazza Calvi!
Until around 2 p.m., the mobility of the centre is modified. Follow the directions below:
- you will be able to leave the garage without any problem and at any time: at the end of the ramp, turn left, then go straight on towards the train station;
- Returning before about 2 p.m. will be difficult; I strongly advise you to use the following two free car parks, which are a 30-second drive away: 'Parking Piazzale del Ruio' and 'Parking Via Pittoni'.
On the table in the living room you will find the house manual.
Please respect the rules and instructions contained therein.
On the small table in the hallway you will find suggestions of places to visit.
I have particularly highlighted those that I personally like to frequent, where I am sure you will have a pleasant time!
Within a two-minute walk from the flat you can find, in ascending order of distance:
- supermarket (15 sec)
- beauty and hairdressing salon
- dry cleaners
- pharmacy
- bar
- bakery
- tourist office
- trains
- bus and ticket office
- tobacconist's shop
- ice cream parlour
- km 0 farmer's market on Wednesday mornings and Saturday mornings
- historical centre (2 min)
