「Piccolo hotel situato in una posizione meravigliosa, a Grottammare alta con vista panoramica sul mare. Immagino costruito negli anni 60, é stato purtroppo solo ristrutturato di facciata. Porte e finestre fatiscenti, cose rotte sistemate con rattoppi, crepe nei muri… un vero peccato perché la struttura ha davvero del potenziale! 「We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Villa Marezi! Everything has been completely renovated since July, and it really shows. The accommodation is spotless, modern, beautifully finished, and equipped with everything you need. Honestly, we couldn’t find a single thing to complain about. Sylvia and Roberto are fantastic hosts who make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. It was also a perfect place to stay with my dog, who felt just as comfortable as I did. I truly hope to come back...

「This place was magical. The grounds are beutiful with olive trees, lemon trees and other beutiful flora. The pool was wonderful and the staff was so lovely. We were more than pleased with our stay. My only warning is that both Google and Apple Maps led us astray so be ware. Don’t go 4 miles up a long winding hill!」
