“Bellissima esperienza. Locale ampio, ben arredato, ben fornito e pulito. Parcheggiare generalmente facile nelle vicinanze. Comprende di ventilatori e aprendo le finestre si sta bene. ”

“Abbiamo soggiornato solo due notti per poter partecipare ad un evento in zona accoglienza super personale eccellente struttura ottima, ci torneremo sicuramente per passare più giorni.”

“We stayed at the other property at Mon Domini, though we originally booked the cottage. There was a mix up and Livia upgraded us. The other property was so nice a full one bedroom, one bathroom downstairs apartment with a huge patio right in the middle of the olive groves. The purpose of our visit was genealogy in Cupra Marittima and this was just a few minutes' drive down the beach. We cooked dinner in the beautifully appointed kitchen each night and enjoyed the view. The winding drive was easy……

“Villa Ariete è in una bella posizione aperta con vista mare, i suoi spazi ampi garantiscono una vacanza in totale relax La piscina è davvero ben curata e molto grande, con un'area per prendere il sole molto accogliente. Nadia è un'eccelente padrona di casa! ”

“It's a lovely remote location, quiet but close enough to the village and the beach. The contact with the owner is great, he really took care for us, so we would enjoy the holiday even more. We were with a party of 5 adults and a big dog, and none of us has something to complain about. It was just super!”

“Sauberes Ferienhaus, sehr freundlicher und kompetenter Gastgeber”

“Villaggio con nuove modifiche strutturali e nuovi alloggi dal maggio 2025. Cucina ottima soprattutto on menù alla carta, un po' meno perché ha trattamento pensione. Animazione super!”

“Posizione ideale, parking riservato, su due piani, recentemente rinnovato; con angolo caffè attrezzato, arredo nuovo, moderno, funzionale ed esteticamente gradevole. Fronte e vista mare, meravigliosamente “pieds dans l’eau” e colazione rigorosamente in veranda, in spiaggia. Unica mancanza, ma trattasi di esigenza estremamente personale ( porto lenti ed occhiali): specchio ingrandente per maquillage… Tornerò senz’altro e lo consiglio assolutamente ”

“Initially we were disappointed by the property, which is very simple and basic, especially the way it is furnished - a pity really as the main room is large and would be transformed with a couple of decent sofas. But the bathroom and kitchen are modern and good quality, and it was adequately equipped for cooking, and the washing machine was useful. The main issue is the proximity to the road, which is above the terrace area and has noisy traffic. But the bedroom at the back of the property was……

“Ottima posizione a due passi dal mare, si arriva a piedi in 2 minuti sia alla spiaggia libera che a quella attrezzata. Posto tranquillo e perfetto per rilassarsi. Un po' lontano dal centro ma ci si arriva comunque in mezz'ora di passeggiata tranquilla. A pochi minuti di macchina dal centro commerciale. Appartamento dotato di ogni confort, pulito e spazioso. Ospite molto gentile.”

“We came to enjoy the Marche and it's beaches but spent most of our time at the property. The pool is large and the house has lots of shady areas to escape the heat of the day. There are large tables for outdoor eating, good Internet for working from home or entertaining the kids, and plenty of rooms indoors to choose from. The kitchen is large and easy to cook in. There is a bbq space if you want to cook outdoors. The loft room (air conditioned) is very big and can easily fit a family of four or……
