「Very clean. They are obviously extremely attentive to the cleanliness of the rooms. The woman working in the dining area didn’t stop wiping down tables and sweeping. It was impressive. Rooms could use a facelift.」

「Honestly love this hotel. I cannot say enough about how amazing it always is to stay here. I regularly use this hotel for Shore Leave, the Penn Ren Faire, and other events in the Lancaster area. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is amazingly helpful. The attached restaurant is a great place to eat and have quiet meetings, or enjoy the social setting at the bar.」

「Front desk staff especially Mary & Garfield are wonderful! Personable, patient, welcoming, attentive ..both excellent at front desk position. Rooms very clean. Bathroom well stocked with towels, shower products etc. check in/check out & making online reservations very quick. Have stayed multiple times & never disappointed room reasonably priced. Will definitely stay again!! 」
