「We really enjoyed our stay at Country Squire Inn and Suites! The staff was super helpful and kind, the property itself was clean and easy to access, and the included breakfast at the cafe next door was the icing on the cake :) We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in town!」

「We were really disappointed and grossed out by the condition of our room at La Quinta. We booked this hotel last minute before heading out to Lancaster. Check in was easy enough, even though we arrived close to midnight. As soon as we stepped into our room, it had that “smell”. The AC was LOUD! I’m a light sleep and it was way too loud and made scratching/whistllibg sounds. The garbage in the bathroom had not been changed. There was hair in our sheets in the bed that wasn’t ours. 「The property is poorly maintained. Trash everywhere. Ice machine is not functioning. Carpet in room was filthy. Rooms smell of mold. TV remote was sticky. Refrigerator didn't chill. Finally, be advised...they have a 48 hour check out rule if you are leaving the room early. Must notify them 2 days in advance of checking out if you want to cancel. Otherwise they keep your money. No exceptions. Won't go back.」

「Sleeping was challenging. We had a person walking around all hours of the night above us. That would be okay typically but in this hotel the floor boards creek so loudly that it kept us awake. I ask the front desk manager when we checked out if they get complaints about the floors. They do! She however was very accommodating and we received a discount on our room. Request a top floor in this hotel and remember people below will hear you walking around.」
