“This place had a very nice set up and was super clean. The host was the best!!! I had a problem with the code multiple times and she was on it! She had someone that took cared of it right away. She also drove out so late to change the code because it was not cooperating. The nicest lady and a perfect spot. The entire house as soon as you enter is to par. It's very spacious and comfortable. “I chose this apartment for its location primarily and it was a hit. Since we were traveling and staying for two weeks with a toddler and a new baby I was looking for it to also have an outdoor space, and it was wonderful as seen in the pictures. For personal reasons I had to change my dates a few days before my booking was coming up, the hosts had no problem to accommodate my needs. During our stay, we even had the opportunity to meet the neighbor next door and visit her garden. The neighborhood……

“Carolyn was so amazing with her directions on how to park and check in. The apartment had everything as advertised. The ambiance was very private and peaceful. Walking distance to the town and pier. I would definitely stay again.”

“We spent a long weekend at this comfortable and clean unit. It is conveniently located with a designated parking spot right outside the door. Only 2 exterior steps down to the private entrance worked out great for our older Labrador Retriever who has difficulty with steps these days. The layout works well with a separate bedroom and living room, connected by a small kitchen with a full size refrigerator and small countertop oven unit (no cooktop). Bathroom is nice as well. The neighborhood……

“Everything was in order, the only thing that is important to understand is the bathroom is shared by three rooms. There was only two rooms occupied during my stay. It would be helpful to some guests to clearly state there are no private bathroom.”

“We stayed to go to the Renaissance Faire which was close by. The ower had private beach access which we absolutely loved. It was located a mile from the house the beach had shade and sun good for the entire family. The water was beautiful, however, I do recommend water shoes since it is a little rocky.I house had a deck to enjoy the sunshine and a patio where we had a little fire. We all had a great time!!!”

“Owners very responsive. I didn’t see message with check-out process (garbage etc) until after I left so I would suggest including with listing or providing upon check-in. Place was very clean! Easy on street parking. Only two towels though, for two females for two days. Not a huge deal but would have liked one or two more. ”

“This room was listed accurately and has amazing aesthetics. The host was super communicative and attentive and did his best to help me navigate the sidewalk improvements that were being made on the day of my arrival. My one suggestion would be to provide a kureg or similar basic coffee set up in the room for guests. It was my first time to visit Yonkers and there wasn’t a lot of coffee shops there. Thanks for delivering a quality experience, I would stay here again.”

“Loved everything about this place! Plenty of space for everyone, great location four minutes from the commuter train, having offstreet parking was a huge blessing! So much good I could say about this property, communication was wonderful, and having a laundromat just steps down the street was perfect for a laundry refresh in our trip! The neighborhood is quiet yet close to everything and well kept!”
