"A very happening place ! Loved the decor everywhere and the hype vibe. The bar by the pool area needs more supplies. The wine offering were scarce . No Sauvignon Blanc , no Prosecco! These are not hard to find items, it's quite disappointing to not be available at such high-end hotel."

"The property was great, mostly. The convertible sofa bed functions poorly as both a sofa and a bed, but overall the room was great. The issue we had is that the smoke alarm was going off continuously when we arrived. Because they don’t have anyone in the apartment complex to handle maintenance, we had to listen to a very loud alarm for over two hours and then the men that arrived to fix it were very rude. They said that one of the smoke detectors had been removed because the former client had smoked. But it wasn’t going off at first, it started about 25 minutes into our stay. Also, why didn’t they reinstall it? How long does the alarm have to go off before fire department personnel to show up? Because none ever did. And why were there two detectors sitting on top of the fridge when we arrived? Where did the second one come from? It seemed like this was a recurring issue. It definitely ruined our first night of vacation and we were offered a complimentary late checkout as the only compensation. We declined. Book at your ears’ risk. "

"The hotel felt old and dirty. Did not know it was pet friendly until I got there. The rooms smelled like dogs."

"Although it was not the fault of any of your staff, the nights in our room were very disturbing. The street traffic next to our room was extremely loud with emergency vehicles and vehicles with loud mufflers. We did not get sufficient sleep during our stay. Another issue was the bathroom shower which poured out too high a volume of water that the tub was quickly overfilled with water during the shower use. I notified the front desk who said they would send a maintenance person to address the problem. I did not see nor was told that anyone had come to repair the issue. Thank you for the opportunity to provide this comment and help any future hotel stay in that room."
