Villa with private pool, with a capacity for 5 people.

The accommodation has three bedrooms, the first with a double bed and built-in wardrobe, the second with two single beds and the third with a single bed.

It has two bathrooms with shower, living room with TV and fireplace, full kitchen with dining area, exit to the outside.

The outdoor area has beautiful gardens, a private pool with sun loungers, outdoor dining area with barbecue and parking.

It is located in a quiet area in the area of Barrio Nuevo, a perfect place to disconnect spending a few days of vacation in the company of family and friends. It is only 10 minutes drive from the center of Conil.

Conil is a city known for its good atmosphere, climate and gastronomy, which will undoubtedly make your stay a good memory. The gastronomic offer is extensive, between tapas bars, beach bars and restaurants, and its nightlife with bars and terraces complete a good leisure offer.

Its beautiful white sand beaches such as La Fontanilla, El Palmar, Cala de Roche, Cala del Aceite, Puntalejo .... will delight lovers of the sea and water sports.

At 47.2 km from Cadiz, 65 km from Tarifa or 59 km from Puerto de Santa Maria.

Beautiful Little Property In Wonderful Quiet Location

We had a fabulous time at this lovely villa. The villa is in a secluded location and offers the perfect getaway for quiet and peaceful relaxation. You must have a car for this villa due to its location. Friendly & helpful management team. We had a late arrival and it was difficult to find, but if you intend to go, a must would be to search and find the location of the property on google before travelling. This will help to find it - as it is not easy the first time. Lovely place, clean and enough amenities to get by. Well kept property and nice pool area. Will be back again and many thanks for all the assistance whilst at the house - Management team.
