Amazing private house in Roche

The house is perfect to stay in Roche. It has been recently refurbished and just 5 minutes walking to an incredible beach. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. I highly recommend this property!

Perfect family location

The villa was very clean and spotless. Located at a great location nearby the sea (a few minutes walk). The villa has a nice pool and the large garden provides places with sunshine all day long. In the villa, equipment was abundant from kitchen equipment to beach towels. We will certainly recommend this property!

Lovely villa in a beautiful area

The property is beautifully designed and furnished. We were very comfortable during our stay and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The local area is stunning and I think Roche is a better option than Conil as the beach 500m away is gorgeous and unspoiled with an excellent beach bar/restaurant. There are also lots of great places to eat along the beach towards Chiclana, including El Cuartel del Mar where we had a very special meal. Overall a fantastic villa for a family holiday and great base to explore the area.

Cosy and modern villa near the beach

Well equipped and mondern villa only a few minutes walking to a perfect sandy beach. The garden has a very nice eating area and a chilling lounge area besides a large swimming pool. We enjoyed staying two weeks there very much. The owners are very friendly with a very good communication. Everything was perfect and we hope to have the opportunity to come back to Roche.

Wunderbares ruhiges Haus mit toller Ausstattung, nur 5 Min. Fußweg zum Strand. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Es gibt zwei fortgeschrittene Baustellen in der Nähe, von denen wir aber nichts mitbekommen haben.Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und der Agentur im Vorfeld war schnell und unkompliziert.Uns fehlte etwas vom Grillbesteck (vielleicht haben wir es auch übersehen) und das Agentur-Team hat direkt am nächsten Tag Abhilfe geschaffen. Vielen Dank hierfür und für die vielen Restaurant-Tipps, die sicher noch für weitere Besuche reichen.

Wir haben es sehr genossen. Die Pool-Area ist wunderschön und die Zimmer und Raumaufteilung ist genial. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. El-Palmar-de-Vejer (Surfspot) ist ca. 25 Min entfernt und Conil nur gerade 12 Min. Die Lager ist sehr ruhig. Kurzum wir haben es sehr genossen.

Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Zeit in Roche-das Haus und der Garten sind wirklich schön- wir genossen es uns am Pool im Schatten der Pinien zu erholen. Ideal war auch der kurze Weg zu Fuß zum Strand - das machte alles sehr unkompliziert. Herzlichen Dank an den Gastgeber

Top Haus mit sehr schönem Garten und sehr gut ausgestatteter Küche.

Sehr gepflegtes und top eingerichtetes Haus. Sehr schöner Aussenbereich (Esstisch, Lounge, Pool). Mückennetze an Fenster in Schlafzimmern. Unkompliziertes Ein- und Auschecken. Nahe tollem Strand. Auto kann innerhalb des Grundstücks parkiert werden.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit super Lage

Die Kommunikation war einfach und alles verlief tadellos. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und der Pool ist ein Traum. Wir haben jeden Abend gekocht und gegrillt und haben in der Küche nichts vermisst. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, die Lage des Ferienhauses - nur ca 10 Gehminuten zu einem langen Sandstrand, der im Juni nie überfüllt war. Supermärkte sind auch in der Nähe. Wir würden das Ferienhaus wieder buchen.

Zauberhaft

Wir waren schon an vielen Orten innerhalb und außerhalb Europas, aber es kam nicht oft vor, dass wir an einem Urlaubsort ankamen und uns gleich auf Anhieb, d.h. Von der ersten Minute an so wohl gefühlt haben, wie es hier der Fall war. In dem tollen Haus ankommen, rein in die Flipflops und dann die 400 Meter zu dem wunderschönen und endlos scheinenden Strand. Gerne wieder!

Traumhafter Urlaub

Das Haus war wie beschrieben und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Die Lage war perfekt, 8 Minuten fussläufig zum Strand. Die Kommunikation, die Übernahme und Abgabe des Hauses waren perfekt und sehr unkompliziert. Gerne wieder!

Estupendas vacaciones en familia

Nos ha encantado la casa. Estaba muy bien equipada y muy bien cuidada. La zona muy tranquila, a pesar de que había una obra al lado y empezaban antes de la hora de establecida, pero la localización es perfecta para ir a la playa y a la zona más comercial del pueblo. Con servicios muy cerca y varias opciones de supermercado. Recogen la basura y vienen a limpiar la piscina y el jardín. Sin duda repetiremos.

Alles spitze !

Schönes Haus in sehr guter Lage (Strandnähe und dennoch ruhig) mit einem wunderbaren Garten / Terrasse und sehr großem und tiefem Pool. Das Haus ist nicht sehr groß, aber so gut aufgeteilt, dass wir mit 6 Personen entspannt gewohnt haben, es war sehr sauber. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Sehr hilfsbereite und kompetente Betreuung durch Fr. Rütten vor Ort. Wir haben einige spannende Touren nach Tarifa / Cádiz und Jerez unternommen, haben aber die meiste Zeit zwischen Strand, Chiringuito und Pool genossen. Vielen Dank für wunderbare Ferien!

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Die Finca ist wie beschrieben. Die Ausstattung im Haus ist super, ebenso der große Pool. Zum Strand läuft man keine zehn Minuten. Korrespondenz, An- und Abreise - alles bestens.

Wunderschöner Urlaub in toller Location!

Ein wirklich schönes Häuschen in top Lage! Ideal für 6 Personen oder auch 7... zu Fuß in 5 min am tollen, weitläufigen Strand! Klasse Pool, super bequeme Außenmöbel,gute Ausstattung! Es hat uns eigentlich an nichts nennenswertem gefehlt! Ausflüge nach Cadiz, Sevilla oder Tarifa in 35 min-1,5 Sts entfernt. In Conil kann man aber auch toll flanieren ,essen abends. Auch Supermärkte sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wobei der kleine in der Siedlung deutlich teurer ist. Der Garten ist sehr schön. Auch bei Regenwetter ist man mit Netflix und Co versorgt...wir würden definitiv wieder kommen!

Schönes Andalusien

Hier war alles wie versprochen. Leider wird im Moment direkt in der Nachbarschaft ein neues Haus gebaut. Der Lärm ist schon eine Einschränkung.
