Sehr schöne Wohnung ...

Sehr schöne Wohnung die Zentral in Conil gelegen ist, sei es an den Strand oder in die Stadt. Die Wohnung selber ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und verfügt über eine sehr schöne Terrasse. Wer fernsehen möchte sollte sich im Vorfeld erkundigen wie das System funktioniert. Die Vorbereitung der Wohnung auf unseren Urlaub durch Juani war wie immer sehr korrekt, Danke dafür. Wie sich das gehört für 2025 schon gebucht. O+J Schubert

Schlechteste Unterkunft in conil

Sehr schlecht ausgestattetes Appartement. Uralte verschlissene Möbel . Es war einfach nur ekelhaft . Küche altes kaputtes Geschirr . Kühlschrank griff hat gefehlt , sitzstühle löst sich das Kunstleder auf . Hat eigentlich gar keinen Stern verdient . Fernseh ging auch nicht . Einfach alles eine Katastrophe

Schöne, kleine Ferienwohnung

Nette, saubere Unterkunft mitten in Conil in einem gut gepflegten Haus. Tolle Terrasse mit Blick über Conil und zum Meer. Strand und Restaurants sind gut zu Fuss zu erreichen. Parkplatz muss man einfach suchen, aber hat immer geklappt, einen zu finden. Wir waren Ende Juli in Conil.

Sehr gepflegte Unterkunft mit einer wunderschönen Terrasse, Zentral gelegen, aber doch ruhig, zum Strand nur wenige Gehminuten.. Parkplatz schwierig, aber man findet einen in der Nähe. Kann die Ferienwohnung nur empfehlen

Azotea y apartamento recomendable

El apartamento está muy bien situado en un barrio tranquilo y muy bonito de Conil, muy cerca del centro y de la playa. Es un apartamento muy limpio y coqueto. con todo lo necesario para pasar unas buenas vacaciones aunque algunos elementos necesitan una renovación como las tumbonas de la azotea por ejemplo, que ya han cumplido su función. Nos encontramos con que ni la WiFi, ni la TV funcionaban y que tampoco había barbacoa en la azotea como dice la descripción. La comunicación ha sido un poco liosa. Alquilamos por Vrbo, pero luego recibimos información desde una agencia de Conil, algunos mensajes han llegado en Alemán directamente de los dueños de la casa. ... La forma de pago también extraña con 30% por adelantado, normal, pero el resto en mano sin justificantes de pago, ni de entrega de fianza. Propongo mejorar este aspecto. En el embrollo de Vrbo, dueños, agencia, Juani la, persona que nos dio la bienvenida,, muy maja..

Problema no resuelto

El alojamiento es muy coqueto, limpio y con mucha luz. Mal sabor de boca. Nos sentimos desatendidos cuando ocurre un problema. Se averió el segundo día la televisión y nadie nos dió una solución ni nos dieron una respuesta. Al segundo mensaje, la respuesta fue que la persona encargada de la estancia no estaba en el municipio de la vivienda.

Rundum zufrieden

Wir waren zum Surfen in Conil. Die Wohnung ist nah an Strand und in einer ruhigen Lage, aber nicht weit vom Zentrum entfernt. Die Dachterrasse war gemütlich eingerichtet und sogar das Meer konnte man sehen. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden dort wieder übernachten. Liebe Grüße
