“Resort is good and so is the management. Food quality is average and take a little longer than usual. Wifi, SPA, pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam, billiards, carrom, TT, Fuzz Ball and everything in good shape. Breakfast buffet was awesome. Have a very romantic ambience at night. They also plan activities like treks, live music, tambola, dance floor with DJ. Will surely visit again ”

“We had a lovely comfortable stay. The Arabian villa comprises of 2 large villas and cottage rooms. We stayed in family room in a cottage for 4 persons. The villa is for larger groups of 15+ people. Our room was spacious and clean. The swimming pool was also nice but the water was not very clear. Tea/coffee amenities in room could be improved. The breakfast was great and all staff polite. The local host Rahil was very cooperative and helpful. We had booked our stay few hours before arrival and……

“We enjoyed this hotel. Great view from our balcony across the valley with the dam, lake and elephant point in the distance. It's a 10 minute walk to Mapro Gardens and nearby shops and restaurants. We recommend Roots of India for a quality meal. The rooms are large, with good storage, decent shower and a comfy bed (very firm as are most beds in India). ”

“The hotel is not worth what you pay for it. The shower has no curtains so all the bathroom gets wet, the room is old and maintenance is poor.”

“We booked the standard room, which is very small and had a unclean toilet. When we tried to leave, hotel upgraded the room. That room was good. The water heater was broken. Room, bed-sheets was clean. We did not try non-veg food at restaurant, but, veg food was average. Complementary breakfast was great. Overall I will give 3.5 out of 5.0 rating.”

“First, none of the staff were wearing masks in these COVID times, even after we requested them to.in fact one young chap even had the audacity to tell us why they were not required. Second, on arrival the reception was unattended and we spent a few minutes till somebody came by to check us in. The room phone does not work, so there is no way to call for room service or housekeeping. The bloke who advised us against masks did give us his cell number to call, except that it was in the back pocket……
