Unit was clean, comfortable & spacious. The beautiful patio right outside the door provided an additional setting for dining or just relaxing. Manager was very friendly & helpful!

Quick trip for a wedding

This is a beautiful place. Very clean . The large deck is a nice bonus. We had a friend get married on Thursday and found this gem to stay at. The beds were very comfortable and the living room furniture was comfortable also. We will definitely be back. The host William was very hospitable.

Family Wedding

My daughter and I booked the two bedroom apartment at Avanti Cove for the weekend to attend a family wedding. The rental was clean and bright and stocked with everything we needed. There was plenty of room and the attached covered porch was an added bonus. I would definately stay there again.

This property was very clean; communication with host was excellent and the property looked exactly as the pictures indicated. . Very easy to check in and out. There is not alot to do in the area; but we were traveling between Pittsburgh and Rochester NY so it served our purpose.

Comfortable Apartment Near the Lake

The apartment was updated inside, immaculately clean, and comfortable. William, our host was super responsive and available. He went out of his way to encourage us to contact him at any time. We arrive late and he even brought us half and half for our coffee in the morning. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, William for your hospitality!

Spotless & Up to Date

My son and I were stunned by how nice, clean, and thoughtfully stocked with utensils awtc the place is. The layout is quite open. The kitchen is beautiful. We had a corner unit with access to a nice patio. (There is a poil which is not operative and could use a cover or filled in. There is no mention of a pool on the ad, nor should there have been. The property is very well maintained owith this exception. Williamco-host is on site and very accessible. We will definitely stay there again if we go to the area. And, BTW, its access to Conneautt and Pymatunning, and local restaurants and stores really made for a great stay. Thank you!
