“Ive stayed at the Trott house several times when work takes me to the area (and always so glad to be able to stay there). Its been a few weeks since my last stay- was pulled to another part of the state. When I arrived this time and walked through the front door it felt like coming home. Sounds funny, I know. It was partly that Ive stayed here so many times and partly that the last couple weeks I had to stay in chain hotels... Can recommend highly enough if you're in the area (or nearby, its……

“My one comment is that there was noone at the checkin desk when I arrived and the app advised that I needed help from them to complete my checkin. Luckily I figured things out but having a sign welcoming guests, rather than a person, was a disappointing and inconvenient experience. I arrived at around 7:30 PM so it was not a late, late night arrival. Every other aspect of my stay was extremely positive, and hte young lady who on staff at checkout was friendly, professional and did an……

“The male at the window at check in was very nice and respectful.When I made reservations it was wrong.The room reserved was for smoking and it was upstairs with no elevator.I I informed the man the situation and he bent over backwards to find me another room.He didn't have to do that but he did.His kindness was very appreciated.I don't know his name but if the manager sees this review I hope he returns the kindness to him.”
