Loud all night

Didn’t get much sleep all weekend. A lot of traffic in and out at late hours, and there was some kind of party across the hall both nights. Kind of sketchy people in parking lot after dark. Otherwise, this would’ve been a good place to stay.

NOT worth the price and what’s the deposit for ? For you to feel scammed out your money? Cause they definitely DO NOT have nothing to protect. Room is already dirty when you walk in. Hair was all in the sheets and pillows, doesn’t even looked like they washed them. Hallway smelled like must, we were in a NON-smoking room. And guess what. It SMELLED like smoke and ass. Just gross. Couldn’t get any sleep because the smell, blankets were itchy, air conditioner went off and on all night every 15 min. Kept getting extremely hot. Never will book her again. Staff was not rude at all. It’s the hotel itself. Stinks, dirty and is gross.

Outdated and overpriced

First off the front desk closed at 8pm on a Saturday. The room was outdated and musty smelling. On closer examination we found mold in the air-conditioning, and dust in the non working exhaust vent. The shower head was clogged to the point that it whistled, no screamed, while running. The trim comming off the wall around the shower. Towles you could see through when damp. The comforter on the bed was missing more threads than it had, a wonder it was still in one piece. No fitted sheets, only flat sheets tucked under the matress. King sized bed with 3 old over used pillows with very little stuffing. Two of the light fixtures in the room didn't work. Something sticky and unidentifiable in the inside of the microwave, and something yellow in the fridge. The remote control for the tv required gloves to touch. Left over trash in the desk and nightstands drawers. The carpet was so worn and soiled, we were afraid to walk around barefooted. We saw dark spots on the floor in the hallway. The mystery was solved in the morning as we watched housekeeping throw the soiled towles on the floor outside the rooms, meaning the spots on the carpet were more than likely mold. In the parking lot was lights that didn't work, one that flashed all night, and a vegetable garden. We paid over $120 for one night. At that price we expected clean and comfortable, and got just the opposite.

Worst experience ever

This was the worst hotel stay I had in a very long time. I called about a week before I booked&stayed here, asking if their pool was already back open, was told yes. When I check into the hotel I am told the pool is not open and that "I should know how hard it's been since the winter storm to get a plumber". Ummmm, no - that is not my responsibility as a guest to know that. You responsibility however is it to provide accurate information on the phone. I also found out that there was no breakfast whatsoever. I was given a room where the AC had not been turned on, so i sat in a room at 80 or so degrees for at least 2 hours until the room finally cooled down. I then went downstairs to use their "business center", which is listed as an amenity on their website and shows a picture of it. I am told "we haven't had a business center in years but I can print documents out for you here". So I go back upstairs and email them what I need printed. Only at that point am I being informed that they want $2/page Cash. Are you friggin kidding me?! Thats highway robbery! So all in all, me coming here to get business donw was a complete failure, and I should have just booked the Best Western in town. Horrible attitude of the owners, I got not one apology. Update your horrible website, it's called FALSE ADVERTISEMENT when half the information isnt accurate!!! Also, the room left a lot to be desired; on top of not getting the work done I needed, I also didnt get any sleep. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Front desk personnel was rude and very unprofessional. Sheets were dirty and we asked in they can change them she said they didn’t do that for stayovers. Other guests were smoking weed in their rooms and you were able to smell it all over that floor.
