When I was less than 1 mile from the hotel, they called me to say that they were overbooked, and they had cancelled my reservation (which was for two nights). She also said that she was cancelling all the single reservations. I asked where I should go and she said "drive further down the Interstate access road, and you will find a Marriott. Go in and ask if they have a room."
The next day, I went to the hotel (got a voicemail when I tried to call them), to verify that they had also cancelled the second night stay. That clerk told me that the manager was not on the premises. She verified that my entire reservation, that I HAD CALLED TO CANCEL IT!
Why should I trust them again??
