「The breakfast was amazing. Staff was amazing. Highly recommend.」

「IHG Member, had no rooms so I couldn’t check into room until late. Checked in, room was nice. Someone walked in my room. Apparently April didn’t check me in correctly even though a deposit was taken, and they assigned my room to another lady as well. She was just as startled. Went to front desk, took 10-15 mins to fix. No real apology just everything is fixed. Came back after work, keys didn’t work. At check in I wasn’t told about breakfast, workout room nothing. April didn’t really say anything...

「the plumbing needed some work loose handles, commode ran to refill often, had to move microwave to desk in order to plug it in. The window sheers were torn and did not close well. We liked the room just needed some tlc.」

「The hotel was reasonably clean and rooms were spacious. The problem was that all rooms were on second floor and there was no elevator. You have to climb stairs to get to rooms. My wife is somewhat disabled with back injury which made that difficult. Upon checkout I saw and older lady wrestling with suitcases to get down the stairs. I found no indication on website about the lack of an elevator either on their website or Expedia's. I would think Expedia would want to correct this lack of...
